This gentle grounding meditation is designed to help you find a safe harbor within yourself. You will connect with your unique energy before allowing it to sink deep into the Earth's core. Then, you will use visualization to create a safe space for you to rest in. The goal is to establish a sense of safety and security inside your body and mind that you can return to whenever you feel overwhelmed, stressed, or disconnected.
