In todays restorative 35-minute guided Yoga Nidra, we will be using a self massage auricular acupressure technique to downregulate the nervous system followed by yoga nidra deep rest techniques, and a beautiful visualisation for tapping into your inner sanctuary as a resource for finding calm and balance.
