All right everyone,
Welcome back.
Nice to be with you again.
We are going to jump
Into our meditation or maybe slowly ease into it.
So let's start by gently closing
Your eyes,
Finding yourself in a comfortable position,
Standing,
Walking,
Lying down,
Sitting.
Let's start with three breaths,
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
We're gonna go ahead and ground down and off any negativity,
Any old programming,
Any blame or shame you may be holding on to,
Any shoulds,
Woulds,
Coulds.
And so with each exhale,
I invite you to imagine their energetic body,
Your
Thought formation,
Moving down through your body and out through your sitz
Bones,
Just letting it flow into the earth.
Mother Earth is the great creator,
The nourisher,
Nurturing mother,
And she's got
This.
She's so much older and wiser than any of our human concerns,
Our humanness,
And so gently,
Without effort,
Just with a simple intention,
Intend that you're
Releasing into the earth anything that doesn't serve you today.
In your mind's eye,
I invite you to go to some place in nature,
Some wild natural place,
Could be
A place you've visited or a place you've dreamt of,
And just find yourself in that
Nourishing environment.
And as you breathe in,
Just allow your body to
Breathe in gently and effortlessly the energy of that place.
And then on your
Exhale,
Continue to ground off anything that's not serving you.
When you go to
This place in nature,
See if you can really be there.
What does it smell like?
What does it sound like?
What does it feel like to lie down?
Maybe there's a color to the place,
A dominant color,
Or maybe the energy of
The place feels like a certain color to you.
Color is just another language of
Energy.
Every color has its own frequency and wavelength that makes it
Distinct from the other colors.
It's just a frequency sending energy.
Visible light holds energy,
Transports energy.
So is there a color
That sums up this place in nature,
This feeling you feel?
Just kind of imagine gently resting,
Lying down
In an ocean or a lake of that color.
Just allow that energy,
That color bath,
To hold you.
Maybe a little splashes over you,
You're resting on a bed.
That color.
And as you rest there,
That energy just gently and effortlessly
Comes into the pores and the interstitial spaces of your body.
And it's just deeply nourishing.
Mother Earth knows exactly what you need right
Now.
You're just allowing your body to calibrate
To her rhythm,
To her pace,
To this particular frequency.
And again,
If you'd like,
You can continue to exhale down any body aches and pains.
And on your inhale,
Just imagine being bathed in that nourishment from Mother Earth.
I feel like I can visualize it the best when I imagine that color,
Whatever the color is from Mother Earth,
Coming in with my inhale through my toes,
Up to my ankles,
To my calves,
My shins,
To my knees,
To my thighs,
To my pelvic bowl,
To my groin,
To my womb,
To my lower dantian.
And I'm just resting and rooting
And becoming part of Earth,
My lower body.
It's like that color has kind of sealed me in to the Earth.
There are countless traditions throughout time and space,
Cultures throughout the globe,
Who have identified this connection of the human body with Earth,
Typically a feminine Mother Earth,
And then with the masculine Father Sky.
So staying deeply rooted,
Connected,
Grounded,
Supported,
Nurtured,
Part of Earth.
Just an expression of chi,
Like a flower or a tree,
Or human form is an expression of the chi of the Earth.
We're now going to place our attention,
Our awareness,
Right at the crown of our head.
And we're going to move our awareness directly above our head,
About a foot.
We're going to move our awareness above our house or apartment or office,
Above our town or our city,
Above the entire country.
Now that point of reference,
Our point of awareness,
Is out in outer space.
And you're just going to take advantage.
You're going to look all around,
360 degrees.
And you're going to find some celestial object,
Some star that's shining brightly,
Maybe something that's twinkling or calling your name.
You're just going to find your
Soul's library of information.
It's here in Father Sky.
You haven't found it yet.
There's no efforting.
You're just being patient.
When you've locked into a star,
Just allow that starlight to travel in.
Now you're bringing your awareness back into your body,
Which is grounded and rooted in Mother Earth.
And you're allowing that starlight to come in through your crown,
Penetrate through space,
Through your town,
Through your building,
In through the crown of your head.
And it's just pouring over you like a cosmic shower.
This is your life force energy.
It's just like a column of light.
It may have a certain color.
Just allow that life force energy to come in through your crown.
Maybe you have some gratitude for Father Sky for filling you up with inspiration,
Permission to be yourself.
Your library of information from previous lives,
You can bring in,
Call in that awareness and
Knowing those gifts,
Talents from past lifetimes.
Bring them into your present awareness.
And again,
Just allow that starlight to travel in through your crown,
Penetrate through space,
Through your town,
In through your building,
In through your town.
And again,
You're just doing a slight recalibration as you paste and calibrate it with the earth.
You're now allowing that sparkle and shimmer starlight to come in and energize.
Comes down through the crown,
Your head and torso,
Over your arms,
Through your chest,
To your belly.
