Emily Dunuwila

Emily is a licensed massage therapist, embodiment educator, and consultant. Her innovative body-based mindfulness workshops teach participants simple, effective hands-on techniques to attune to their bodies, relieve pain and relax. She obtained her Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied the use of mind-body techniques as coping strategies for teens and emerging adults.
