So I'm going to lead you through a little guided visualization,
Guided meditation.
So in this moment,
If you would like to join us with this,
Which I recommend you do,
Let's just take your biggest breath of the day.
So just take an inhale and let it go.
Keep your eyes closed here and just keep breathing.
Feel your breath,
Feel the rhythm.
Start to notice as you're breathing if there's any part of your body or any part of your being that starts to light up or feel tingly or awaken in a sense,
Anything that starts to feel a little bit more alive or any part of you that's asking for a little more breath to feel more alive,
To feel more turned on and tuned in.
And I invite you to just notice a little seed of your awareness,
Maybe between your eyebrows at your third eye center.
Notice if there are any thoughts or ideas or expectations or just anything in your mind that's moving through and you can just witness that but not follow it and come back to your breath.
With each inhale and exhale,
Just start to move that little seed of awareness down through your body,
Maybe down through your throat,
Into your heart,
Into your belly,
Down into your hips,
Down your legs,
Into your feet.
Then begin to envision that there are these beautiful roots growing out from the bottoms of the soles of your feet and just sliding with such ease into the earth beneath you,
Going down,
Down,
Down the layers,
Down into the soil,
Through all the different layers of rock and down plugging into the fiery core of among earth.
Feel yourself rooted and steady and centered.
Just feeling the safety that comes with that rootedness,
That groundedness,
That stability that you've built beneath your feet with those roots.
And then begin to drink up as though you're sipping through a straw,
This liquid golden light from the center of the core of the earth.
With each breath,
Pulling it up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up through your roots and into your body,
Allowing it to wash over every single cell of your being,
Activating,
Activating and just loving each cell of your body,
Each part of your body,
Calming,
Soothing,
Softening like liquid honey,
Warm and golden.
Once you're full,
Once you can envision yourself totally full of all of that beautiful liquid gold energy,
Bringing your attention back down into your roots,
Down into the earth.
I invite you to just envision the most beautiful golden doorway.
It's right in front of you and it looks so inviting and you just know that you're meant to walk through it.
And before you open the door,
You notice that there is a word on the door in front of you that you're about to walk through,
That you're about to slip into.
What is that word that's calling to you,
That's beckoning you to walk through the door?
See it,
See the word that's on the door and as you see it,
You turn the knob and push the door open and walk through.
As you step onto the other side of this door,
You close it behind you and you step into this beautiful field.
Notice what kind of field this is,
Notice what's around you.
Notice if there are flowers,
If so,
What kind.
Maybe it's more of a desert scape.
Whatever your most ideal place would be,
Envision that you are fully there.
You can see it,
That you can feel the air,
The temperature on your skin,
Welcoming you into this new reality that you are creating.
With every stroke of your imagination or creativity,
You are literally creating your ideal scene.
As you walk through this beautiful field,
This beautiful landscape,
You notice that there is a building up ahead and you walk toward it and you can see that this is meant for you.
It's literally tailor-made custom just for you.
It's exactly the way that you want it to be and feel.
You notice as you approach that it's this beautiful sacred space that is this beautiful sacred space that represents your business,
Your vision,
Your reality in its most abundant,
Prosperous,
Beautiful form.
You notice that there's an entryway into this building that's also calling to you and you step through.
Notice what this building looks and feels like,
What the space looks and feels like,
What colors,
What textures,
What vibration it feels like in this space for you.
Notice what's waiting for you there.
Notice who is waiting for you there.
As you start to scan the room and walk through other rooms in this beautiful space,
Notice what physical representations of your vision,
Of your dreams,
Of your desires are living here just waiting for you to claim them,
Waiting for you to receive them fully.
See it as it already exists in tangible physical form,
So real to you that it's more real or just as real as hugging a lover or placing your own hand on your own heart,
That you can really feel and see and touch and taste and totally embody and sense what this reality is like for you,
What the most beautiful thing is that you're calling in and it's all right here.
You can feel it.
You know.
It just is.
See if there's anything else in this space that is inviting you to play or inviting you to look a little closer or ask a question.
Just allow whatever comes up for you to be exactly as it is without questioning,
Just noticing and feeling and sensing.
When you feel complete,
You turn around with this sense of deep,
Deep knowing and a sense of excitement that you can't wait to be able to come back here again,
That you can't wait to be able to reunite with all of these aspects of what you are calling in and you re-entered with this beautiful landscape,
Field,
Or meadow or the desert scape that you have dreamt up in your mind.
And you walk back toward the most beautiful golden door and you notice that there's a word on this side of the door as well.
It might be the same and it might be different than the other side where you entered.
Notice what that word is or symbol or maybe it's a phrase.
Open that door and you step through and you follow your roots all the way back up into your body in present time.
And whenever you feel ready,
You can blink your eyes open.
