Welcome,

Love.

The intention of today's meditation is to support you,

To remember the truth of how connected you are to all of what is.

And if you have been feeling alone or disconnected,

Or have been feeling untethered from your purpose or your people that you serve,

Your mission in the world,

And you're ready to turn,

Return to your natural state of interconnectedness,

Then this meditation will especially serve you.

You may desire to keep a journal and pen nearby to write down any wisdom or guidance you receive throughout this meditation.

I'm so grateful you're here.

Thank you for joining me,

Sharing your practice with me and for your willingness to dive deep beneath the surface and illuminate your path forward in your leadership and in your work.

So take a moment to ensure that your notifications are off or you've turned your phone on to do not disturb,

Maybe close your door or take any actions necessary to make sure that you have eliminated distractions to the best of your ability and won't be disturbed for the next few minutes of meditation.

Acknowledge the sacredness of this moment.

Maybe you light a candle or some incense or put on your favorite essential oil,

Or perhaps just place your hands over your heart and let it be simple.

If you need a moment to set up your space,

Please feel free to pause this recording and press play when you're ready to begin.

Take a deep breath in.

Hold at the top of the exhale.

Sigh it out.

Take another deep breath in.

Hold.

Sigh it out,

Letting go of any tension in the body.

Once more,

Take the deepest breath of your day.

Hold.

Exhale,

Sigh it out.

Begin to let your awareness drip down to your body,

Letting your presence reside in the body and allow the mind to be at rest.

You are a part of the universe,

As magnificent and breathtaking as a shooting star.

Like a wildflower or a tree in the forest,

You belong here.

You have a purpose.

In your authentic expression,

You are perfect.

You are so supported.

As a part of the universe,

There is no separating you from the world around you.

Each moment is a new opportunity to recognize the many ways in which you're connected to the world around you.

Each day,

As you nourish your body with food,

You connect with the earth.

You are connected with the people who tend to the earth,

Who allow this nourishment to make its way to your table.

Each morning,

As you dress your body,

You connect again with the earth,

Adorning your body with fabrics from the earth that you've received through your connection to businesses locally and around the world.

So we can let go of the illusion of separation and step into the truth of our oneness.

Knowing whatever emotions are arising in you have probably been felt by many others.

Reflecting in the universality of the human experience,

You are not alone.

You are never alone.

Recognizing that each person experiences joys,

Sorrows,

Grief,

Laughter,

Pain,

Pleasure,

Hopes,

Dreams.

Letting go of the feeling that you're in this alone.

Recognizing the many people that surround you,

Supporting you.

Remembering that you are cherished,

Prayed for,

And loved unconditionally.

Most likely way more than you know.

More than you are aware of.

More than you could ever imagine.

Softening into the awareness that as you nourish yourself and fill your own cup,

You increase your ability to show up for others.

The more you tend to your inner garden,

The more you are able to be a light for the world.

Recognizing the times where we felt most nourished and how we were able to bring that out into our lives.

Recognizing the times you felt most depleted and how that's affected your relationships and your ability to serve and connect.

I am connected.

I am supported.

I am cared for.

Connected always to the earth,

To all of humanity.

As I rest,

The earth holds me.

No amount of weight would be too much for the earth to bear.

She is capable of holding all of me,

All of my burdens,

All of my worries.

My connection to the earth is ever present.

Breathing in,

Sensing the crown of your head.

Feel,

Sense,

Imagine your connection with something so much greater than you.

Your connection with nature,

The divine,

Your higher self.

Know that the connection to your higher self too is always available to you.

You are so much more than your body,

Than your thoughts.

Every action you take creates a ripple out into the universe.

It's all connected.

We are all connected.

Now noticing your connection to your desire or your vision or dream or whatever it may be that you are feeling disconnected from and would love to feel more connected with.

Noticing the quality of that connection and envisioning the cord or the connection point between you and your desire,

You and what you're calling in to strengthen and become so much stronger with each breath,

With each inhalation and with each exhalation,

That connection becoming stronger and stronger and more impenetrable,

More unbreakable.

Taking a moment to rest in peaceful present awareness here.

Notice the quality of your mind and how or if anything has shifted for you in terms of the amount of connectedness you feel,

Whether it's in your body,

Your mind,

Your spirit or in some other way.

Bringing your hands onto your body,

Rubbing soothing reassuring circles over your heart or your belly or anywhere that needs some extra love at this time.

Starting to cultivate some feelings of deep gratitude for yourself,

For taking the time to nourish you in this way.

And from this state of awareness and connectedness,

Ask yourself the following questions,

Listening and feeling for the answers within you.

What aspects of my life or business make me feel most connected?

What aspects of my life or business make me feel most connected?

What aspects of my life or business make me feel most disconnected?

What aspects of my life or business make me feel most disconnected?

What actions can I take in my life or business to foster deeper connections?

What actions can I take in my life or business to foster deeper connection?

How would my life or business change if I felt more connected?

How would my life and business change if I felt more connected?

What do I need to shift or change within myself or my business to promote the highest level of connection?

What do I need to shift or change within myself or my business to promote the highest level of connection?

What boundaries do I need to clarify,

Communicate and uphold for myself and my business to promote a deep sense of connection?

What boundaries do I need to clarify,

Communicate and uphold for myself and my business to promote a sense of deep connection?

What is blocking me from feeling the connection I desire?

What is blocking me from feeling and experiencing the connection I desire?

Who would I become and what would be possible if this block were released?

Who would I become and what would be possible if this block were released?

Listen to any answers your body has shared with you here.

Any guidance your soul speaks about what your next aligned action may be to cultivate a healthier and more harmonious sense of connection in your life and business.

And as you're ready,

You can begin to softly gently blink your eyes open.
