Welcome love.

The intention of this meditation is to support you to recalibrate and realign your energy anytime,

Anywhere,

And any way you need it most.

If you have been feeling tired or off,

Stagnant,

Frenetic,

Or out of alignment or integrity in any other emotional expression,

Then this meditation will especially serve you.

You may desire to keep a journal and pen nearby to write down any wisdom or guidance you receive throughout this meditation.

I'm so grateful you're here.

Thank you for joining me,

Sharing your practice with me,

And for your willingness to dive deep beneath the surface and illuminate your path forward.

So begin by just taking a moment to make sure your notifications are off.

Close your door.

Do what you need to do to make sure that you are not disturbed and you've eliminated any potential distractions for the next few minutes.

And as you create this sacred undisturbed space,

Acknowledge the sacredness of this moment you've created for yourself.

You might light a candle or incense or put on your favorite essential oil,

Or perhaps just place your hands over your heart,

Closing your eyes,

Moving through your life with a sense of deep reverence for all that is.

If you need a moment to set up your space,

Feel free to pause this recording and press play when you're ready to begin.

Take a moment to find a comfortable place to be.

Checking in with yourself,

Saying hello to your body,

Hello to your heart.

How can you most support your body in this moment?

Perhaps that's seated with a tall spine.

Maybe lying down is more comfortable.

Adding in props like a pillow or a blanket.

What do you need?

Allow your body to lead you toward whatever feels most nourishing at this time.

Know that what you need will change day to day,

Even moment to moment,

Certainly week to week,

Month to month,

Year to year.

Honor where you are now and what you need right now in this season that you're in.

Whether that's an internal season or more of an external season,

What's going on within you,

What's going on around you.

Taking a moment to acknowledge and just honor accepting where you are right now.

Only in accepting where we are now in the present moment can allow us to begin to take the steps forward.

So give yourself full permission to take what you need here.

Allow yourself to take up space,

To make sound,

To feel fully supported.

Throughout this meditation,

If you have the urge to yawn,

Sigh,

Cry,

Laugh,

Express in any way,

Just allow all of these feelings permission to move through you,

Allowing your urges instead of stifling them as we often do.

Let your eyes close or allow the gaze to soften.

Begin to notice your physical body,

The body that is home to your soul,

That has carried you everywhere you've ever been,

That has never abandoned you,

That is always right here,

That's been with you for the highest highs and lowest lows.

Notice your tender heart relentlessly beating for you without having to be commanded or forced.

Notice that in this moment you are safe.

All your needs are met.

Feel the support of the earth beneath you,

Holding you.

Notice how effortlessly it carries your entire weight as well as anything you carry.

Notice that the more you let go,

The more deeply you can be supported and held.

Surrender 10% more to the earth beneath you.

Where can you soften?

The space between your eyebrows or your jaw,

Your belly,

Your pelvis,

Scanning the body from the soles of the feet to the crown of your head,

Noticing what is here,

What's present for you today.

And without judgment or labeling right or wrong,

Notice the sensations throughout your body.

Notice how they change.

Perhaps there's tension in the jaw,

A knot in the shoulder,

A sense of pulsing in the palms.

Whatever's here,

Allow it to be here.

If all you feel is numbness or confusion,

Then that too is a valid feeling.

Rest in knowing your experience is absolutely perfect.

As you breathe in,

Feel your belly expand.

As you breathe out,

Feel the belly button move closer to the spine.

Let your breaths be smoother,

Softer,

As if your breaths were a lullaby soothing you to deeper states of rest.

Soften,

Soothe,

Allow.

Breathing in,

Feel your side ribs expand.

As you exhale,

Notice them contract.

Breathing in,

Feel the collarbones gently lift.

Breathing out,

Notice as they gently fall.

With each breath in,

Allow yourself to be nourished with what you need,

Perhaps repeating a single word to represent what you need.

For example,

Breathing in peace or joy,

Rest or stillness.

Breathing out,

Let go 10% more.

Let go of any striving of trying to do it right or get it right.

Let go of being good.

Let go of performing.

There's nothing to do here,

Nothing to achieve or accomplish,

Nothing to see.

Simply allow yourself the space to be fully enveloping the present moment through your awareness.

Rest in this peaceful present awareness you've cultivated.

Notice the quality of your mind,

Of your thoughts.

Bringing your hands onto your body,

Begin to rub soothing,

Reassuring circles over your heart,

Over your belly,

Or anywhere that needs some extra energy at this time.

Touch yourself the way that you would comfort a small child or maybe reassure a lover.

Start to cultivate some feelings of deep gratitude for yourself,

For taking the time to nourish yourself in this way.

And from this state of awareness,

Ask yourself the following questions,

Listening in and feeling for the answers within you,

Allowing them to be whatever they may be,

Allowing whatever wisdom your soul would love for you to know,

To hear,

To become known to you now.

Where would I be served in letting go more fully in my life and business right now?

Where would I be served in letting go more fully in my life and business right now?

Where in my life or business have I been leaking my energy?

Where in my life or business have I been leaking my energy?

Where in my life or business am I allowing myself or others to violate my boundaries?

Where in my life or business am I allowing myself or others to violate my boundaries?

How might I create a new pathway for my energy to flow through me in service of the highest good of all concerned?

My team,

Myself,

My relationships,

My clients or customers?

How might I create a new pathway for my energy to flow through me in service of the highest good of all concerned?

My team,

Myself,

My relationships,

My clients and customers?

What do I most need to shift or change within myself or my business to protect my energy and plug any energetic leaks that exist?

What boundaries do I most need to clarify,

Communicate and uphold for myself and for my business to stay in energetic alignment and integrity?

Is there anywhere I currently feel my energy is blocked,

Stuck or stagnant?

Is there anywhere I currently feel my energy is blocked,

Stuck or stagnant?

Who would I become and what would be possible if this block were released or lifted from me now?

Listen to any answers your body shares with you here.

Who would I become and what would be possible if this block were released or lifted from me now?

Pay attention to any guidance your soul speaks about what your next aligned action may be to cultivate a healthier and more harmonious energetic state in your life and business ecosystem.

Take note of anything in your journal that came up that you would love to remember or hold yourself accountable to,

Taking action on or communicating with someone else or just acknowledging and remembering for yourself.

May all the blocks that exist,

May all the leaks that currently exist be lifted and resolved.

And so it is.

As you're ready,

You can blink your eyes open gently,

Coming back into the present moment.

Wow, this was an incredibly soothing and calming meditation! Between the peaceful music, your voice, and the guidance, this session really resonated with me. Thank you so much, such a beautiful energy cleanse! I did some heavy trauma related energy work just prior to this meditation and then after I found this meditation and did it, I was able to let go of any stagnant and stuck energy from my previous practise 🥰. Thank you so much.
