A warm welcome to this breathwork session.
I invite you to lie down on your back and just come to a relaxed place within and without.
Go sure that you're undisturbed for the next 20 minutes or so.
And we can begin by drawing in a big inhale.
Just holding for a moment with filled lungs before exhaling all the tensions out.
Exhale.
Bring your focus,
Your gentle awareness towards your back.
Feel the weight of your body resting against the surface beneath you.
Feel the weight of your legs and your feet and your arms as well.
Notice the weight of your head as it rests.
Notice also the space,
The lightness of your physical body.
The space between what is.
Notice the flow of energy.
Notice the warmth.
Notice the vibrations.
Notice the flow of your breath coming in and out.
Relax your entire physical realm.
Relax also your mental realm,
Your thoughts.
Just let the thoughts come and go as they please without clinging on to any of them.
We will begin by breathing to the rhythm of this track that follows.
We breathe in through the nose and out through the nose and out as you now place your awareness,
Your focus on your heart.
In,
Breathing into your heart space.
Breathing into your heart.
See if you can invite the feeling of gratitude.
Maybe you focus on a memory or a person,
Whatever makes you feel grateful right now.
As you continue to breathe in this rhythm,
In the gratitude,
Effortless,
And we will gently transition into the next phase where we begin to breathe deeply into our bellies.
And then like a wave,
The breath continues up through the chest all the way up to the collarbones.
In through the nose,
Creating that wave of a deep inhalation.
And then allowing the breath to come out as it please.
As soon as the exhale is all the way out,
We invite the next inhalation.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Like a wave that is hitting the shore.
And then draws back into the ocean.
Breathing in life and energy,
Prana chi.
Breathing out tensions.
Overwhelming thought patterns.
Whatever we can let go of right now,
We allow it to come out with the exhalation.
Creating the space for the next inhale.
Gently breathing into the belly.
Creating that wave all the way up to the collarbones.
Going sure that the face is fully relaxed.
We'll continue to breathe for another 30 seconds.
Drawing in these beautiful full breaths.
And as I'm counting down from 3 to 0,
On 0 we exhale all the way out.

On your next exhale,
You exhale all the way out.
Just really exhale everything out before taking a big breath in.
And holding at the very top,
Gently.
Holding the breath.
Very little effort involved.
As we now let go of the breath,
Hold.
And we hold the breath again where the breath naturally lands after that exhalation.
So we pause now with very little air in the lungs.
Tapping into that energy,
The vibration of the cells.
We draw in a big inhale once again into the belly,
Chest.
And we hold for a few moments.
Again with filled lungs.
When we exhale,
We add a tone on the voice.
Beautiful.
Amazing,

We're going to once again begin to breathe fully.
Into the nose,
Into the belly.
And creating that wave.
Wave of life all the way up to the collarbones.
And on the exhale we now invite a sound.
It could be a humming sound.
It could be a sigh.
Whatever feels natural for you at this moment.
Let your voice vibrate on the exhale.
Let this be a call.
A call for truth.
Authentic expression.
You are here.
Claiming your rightful place in this universe.
Sharing your perspective.
Sharing your voice.
Your uniqueness.
Sending out the vibration of your voice.
Into the universe.
Breathing in through the nose,
Into the belly,
Chest.
Don't think so much about how you sound like right now.
Just allow the voice to express itself in whatever way it wants to right now.
You have a beautiful voice.
Unlike any other in this realm.
Let it be heard.
As I'm beginning the countdown once again on zero.
We exhale everything out in three.
Two.
One.
On your next exhale you exhale everything out.
Really empty.
Take a big inhale after that and hold at the very top.
Inviting the pause.
Try to relax as much as you can as you hold the breath.
As you now exhale.
And once again hold the breath where the breath naturally lands.
Your body has everything it needs right now.
To sustain this pause.
As we breathe in again we hold at the very top for the last time.
And as you exhale you add a sound to the voice.
Beautiful my friend.
You can let go of the breath control.
Just relax and receive.
Until I guide you back in a moment.
I invite you now to once again connect with your physical body.
Notice how your physical body expresses itself right now.
Communicating with you.
And see if you can begin to move your fingers.
Your toes.
Your feet and your hands.
Allowing the movement to become larger and larger.
