Ana Liz Ceregatti

Ana Liz is a Somatic Movement Therapist, Educator, artist, and performer from Brazil, based in Los Angeles for the past nine years. With 15 years of experience at the intersection of art and healing—including education, community interventions, and private practice—she supports people in releasing outdated identity and relationship scripts that perpetuate pain while cultivating resources within and beyond their bodies. Passionate about working with women and marginalized communities, Ana’s trauma-sensitive, somatic-expressive, and person-centered approach addresses both the individual and the society they inhabit, celebrating diversity through a lens of cultural humility, feminism, and anti-discrimination.
