Welcome to the HeartWorkers meditation journey.
Let's begin by taking a moment to allow your body to settle.
Sit with a straight spine or lie down.
Close your eyes.
Relax your shoulders and take this time to connect with your own body.
Feel the weight of your body,
The shape of your body.
Let your body and your mind feel loose and relaxed.
Notice any thoughts as they arise and pass through the mind.
Let them come and go.
Observe them as if they were clouds in the sky with no judgment.
Start to detach yourself from those thoughts to be fully present in this moment.
Turn your attention now to your breath.
Just feel your breath as it flows into your nose,
As it moves into your throat,
Your chest,
Your belly.
Let your body and your mind feel loose and relaxed.
Our goal is a return to wholeness and unity,
From polarities to unconditional love.
Light and dark.
It's very challenging to experience all kind of injustice because we suffer a lot and still be willing to bring light and love on earth.
But those two tasks are required to save this world.
Bringing to light now all kind of injustice is a necessary step for bringing unity and wholeness on earth.
Pick what resonates with you,
Pick any injustice and shine the light on them.
We cannot be blind and silent anymore and as soon as we do that,
We automatically come together and start to heal the collective.
Demonstrations are important because they show that we care more,
That we love more.
It grows compassion and love energy within us.
It is very hard and very intense for each and every one of us because we also recognize that we are,
We were all responsible for what happened and what is still happening.
But it's not about being guilty or feeling shame,
It's about looking and recognizing now any injustice so we can start shifting to another unified dimension.
Creating unity.
It is not utopian,
It is what is happening now.
It is possible.
It is hard but little by little we are changing this world and opening our hearts even more.
Some may not be capable to do it.
It is okay,
Let's do it for them.
Here is a little challenge of the day.
Try now to send love to someone who triggered you or who is triggering you right now.
It can be very hard and emotionally very intense.
You may not want to do it now and it is alright but let's try altogether.
Try to suspend your judgment for few seconds today,
Maybe few minutes tomorrow and build a new pattern for yourself and the world.
Let's stand together and practice every day the feeling of opening our hearts even more.
Practice and discipline are needed to change.
Let's rise in love.

Slowly begin to reawaken.
Notice your calm breath in and out.
Allow your awareness to turn slowly to your body.
Notice the sounds around you.
Feel the floor beneath you and allow each part of your body to reawaken slowly.
You can start to wiggle your toes,
Your fingers.
You can stretch your arms over your head and when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes and congratulate yourself for the work you did today.
