Welcome to the Heart Workers meditation journey.
Close your eyes and take this time to connect with your own body.
Relax the areas of tension in your face and body and start to focus on your breathing.
As you breathe in,
Feel the calm that your breath brings you.
As you exhale,
Focus all your attention on relaxing all your muscles.
Feel the calm and comfort that comes over you now.
We are going to focus on one of your five senses,
The sense of hearing.
So now listen to your inhalation and exhalation and notice how effortlessly everything happens naturally.
What does the sound of your breathing sound like?
Listen to consciously observe and listen to the sound of each inhalation and exhalation.
Now let's try to breathe very silently with as little noise as possible.
Don't hold your breath during this exercise.
Continue to take silent breaths to connect to your inner silence.
Do your best and be gentle with yourself during this practice.
There is no judgments.
Think of this practice as a game,
A mini challenge with yourself.
If your mind wanders,
It's alright.
Just come back to your silent breath.
You can now breathe normally without the need to control anything.
There is nothing more you can do.
You've just reconnected to a sense of unconditional love,
A sense of belonging,
Peace and safety.
Record this feeling,
This sensation in your body and your mind right now.
When chaos reigns outside,
When you have to make an important decision or when you have just decided to take a new path that is still completely unknown to you.
When you lose self-confidence,
Always remember this feeling of safety.
This feeling of peace,
Of deep tranquility exists at every moment and can be felt again by closing your eyes and starting again this practice of silent breathing.
These feelings are real and it is a gift that you can give yourself whenever you want to find clarity and to feel safe in all circumstances.
Now let's repeat the following affirmation three times in your mind.
I am safe.
I am safe.
I am safe.
I will remain silent now for a few minutes.
You can turn your attention to your breath or simply relax into the quiet.
I will remain silent now for a few minutes.
You you you you you you you you you you Slowly start to awaken and notice how calm you are How connected you are to your heart?
Keeping your eyes closed notice the sounds around you.
What do you hear?
Now feel the ground under your feet and let each part of your body slowly awaken.
You can start to wiggle your toes,
Your fingers.
Always be very gentle with yourself as you wake up each part of your body.
You can now open your eyes and observe a feeling you are experiencing now.
The feeling of freed connection between the outer world and your inner world to which you are connected.
Everything is one.
Welcome back to your awakened hearts.
Namaste.
