Welcome to the heart workers meditation journey.

Take some time to settle.

You can sit with a straight spine or lie down.

Whatever feels more comfortable for you.

While your bed might sound very cozy,

It might actually end up making you a bit too relaxed and fall asleep.

Meditation has plenty of benefits.

You will end up loving if you don't fall asleep.

But if you do,

It means you need it and that's perfectly fine too.

And if you have sleep disorders,

Meditation can help you fall asleep more easily.

Close your eyes now and start observing yourself without any judgment.

Where is your mind?

Is your body holding tension?

Observe your mind and your body right now.

Notice now your breath.

And start listening to your inhale and your exhale as it flows naturally.

Connect with your inner silence.

Connect with your inner silence.

Life has an interesting way of teaching us lessons.

When there is something we need to work on,

The same situation,

Pattern,

Will continue to repeat itself until we learn our lesson.

We all have patterns that make us doubt to the point that our happiness depends on others.

We all have wounds to heal,

Fears we have accumulated from the past,

And despite all of that,

Remember there is nothing wrong with you.

There is nothing wrong with who you truly are,

With your essence.

Willing to learn new behaviors,

To embody is a sign of self-respect and self-love so already celebrates yourself for your intention to grow.

You are on your way to reconnect with your bliss.

It will take time.

Require discipline.

It will be hard.

So during this process,

Always keep celebrating yourself.

Always be proud of yourself.

The first step before adopting new behaviors is to recognize and make peace with your own vulnerabilities,

Fears and weaknesses that led to those patterns.

You might be wondering,

How do I know if I have problematic inner patterns?

First,

We need to slow down.

Do a freeze frame.

Observe ourselves and become fully aware of what is happening.

We have to be very honest with ourselves.

We are all able to do this.

Second,

The key is to be alert.

We must observe our outside environments and be open to seeing the truth,

Even if it hurts.

Objectivity is the only way to be able to delete any problematic patterns we may have.

It also starts by realizing that we are fully responsible for our own lives because we make decisions.

We have free will.

The journey is not always easy because our primal instincts try to keep us supposedly safe by rejecting changes and keeping things exactly as they are.

The cleansing process is ongoing and we must be diligent in recognizing the patterns that are leading to sufferings.

If you suffer repeatedly,

You have the opportunity to understand your dysfunction and to take a step back to find the actions and behaviors that will allow you to reverse the trend.

Here is a suggestion.

Meticulously take notes of the changes you have made that give you a positive outcome.

This awareness not only helps you gauge your progress,

But it reprograms your brain by rewiring these positive experiences and disconnecting the old programs that never served you.

You will have setbacks and sometimes you will feel that you are right back at the beginning because you can't see the overall picture of how far you have truly come.

These feelings are legitimate,

But slowly positive experiences will begin to enter your lives.

You will meet new people who support,

Uplift and inspire you and the people who are no longer a vibrational match to you will fall away.

This is all perfectly ok.

You will simply thank these people for what they have shared and the lessons you learned from them.

We are beautiful tools for each other.

Accept that everything in life is changing and is in constant motion.

It's an integral part of your evolutionary journey.

An example of pattern.

If you give too much all the time and you feel constantly tired,

You may have the pattern,

But you are not aware of your own value.

And you feel you need to give,

Give,

Give so people can appreciate you because you do not yet appreciate yourself and you think you are not enough.

I will remain silent now for a few minutes.

During this journey,

Notice when your mind wanders and be kind with yourself when it happens.

Gently redirect your attention right back to the breathing or simply relax into the quiet.

You are now aware of the presence of the mind.

Slowly begin to reawaken and notice how calm you are.

Keeping your eyes closed,

Notice the sounds around you.

Feel the floor beneath you and allow each part of your body to reawaken slowly.

You can start to wiggle your toes,

Your fingers.

Give yourself a hug with your knees.

Be very gentle with yourself when you awake each part of your body.

Gently now open your eyes and congratulate yourself for the work you did today.

Welcome back to your awakened hearts.
