Welcome to day 10 of the Heart Workers 21 Day Meditation journey.

Sit with a straight spine or lie down.

Relax your shoulders.

Rest your hands on your knees.

Close your eyes and take this time to connect with your own body.

Without trying to change anything,

Welcome the sensations and emotions that are present in your body and your mind right now.

Don't judge anything.

Turn your attention now to your breath and on your own take a few deep breaths to let yourself relax.

On your own take a few deep breaths to let yourself relax deeply.

Take a few deep breaths to let yourself relax deeply.

Now,

Make no attempt to control anything.

Simply observe your breath as it flows in and out naturally.

Feel your breath as it flows into your nose,

As it moves into your throat,

Your chest,

Your belly.

Today we are going to learn how to seek clarity.

And clarity starts with a willingness to observe your energy level and raising it.

When you are confused,

Stop for a second and have a discipline to take a step back and return to self-love,

To a pure mind,

A calm mind.

Only a calm mind can create lights and only light can create solutions for your life.

It is not easy to stop,

To look within and not to do anything.

We have a wrong idea but we constantly need to do and produce results.

But not stopping to rest will cause low energy levels,

Burn outs and will keep inviting doubts,

Fears in your life.

Remember that all things are changeable by being in your heart center and by having the belief that positive changes can happen when you restore your energy.

And only then can you become a magnet to positive changes,

To synchronicities,

To meaningful coincidences,

To clarity.

Allow those meditations to continue to become a place of calm and clarity.

Make this your personal time and be vigilant and not guilty about shutting out all distractions for these few precious moments.

Now let's repeat three times in your mind today's affirmation.

I seek calm and clarity.

I seek calm and clarity.

I seek calm and clarity.

I will remain silent now for a few minutes.

You can turn your attention to your breath,

Noticing each inhale and each exhale.

Or simply relax into the quiet.
