Close your eyes and breathe deeply through your nose and out through your mouth.
Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
One last time.
Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Connect now to your heart and enter into a loving frequency.
Love is a flowing energy,
An energy that permeates everything with light.
Imagine your heart as a vessel ready to receive love and compassion for yourself and others at all times.
Keep your attention on your heart now and imagine it inhaling for five seconds and then exhaling for five seconds.
Keep doing it until I guide you through the rest of the meditation.
Inhale for five seconds and exhale for five seconds.
Go back now to your normal breathing.
You feel calm and relaxed and connected deeply to your heart.
Now visualize a light shining through your heart.
This light has the power to nourish you.
This light has the power to protect you.
This light has the power to heal you.
This light has the power to light your way.
This light has the power to clarify your thoughts.
You can trust this light.
It is your inner voice,
Your inner guide.
You can connect to this light at any time.
You can talk to this light when you wonder about something.
You can bring it back to life when you did it.
Welcome now all the messages that your heart is sending you.
You may receive images,
Sounds,
Sensations that you can feel in your body.
Do not judge any of these messages.
You receive them to accomplish all the tasks you have to do throughout your day and your life.
If you don't receive anything now,
Just appreciate your inner silence.
Your heart knows the way.
Listen to it.
Follow its messages.
And from now on,
Have the intention to lead your life guided by your heart.
The word courage comes from the Latin word cor,
Which means heart.
To lead one's life with courage is to lead it with one's heart.
