So much wisdom in your guidance. Yes, may we be gentle with ourselves. To be on the spiritual path is to practice being present. Perhaps only with death will we be fully present, back to our natural state. It is human to have desires, I know I do. Often my desires tend to take me to the past or the future, and that doesn’t feel like wind under my wings. But when I practice being present, especially when I become aware that my desire takes me in a story (futur), I come back to the reality of the present and I feel better equipped to trust life with fulfilling my desire. Your talk helped me clarify this. Thanks Elliot! ❤️
