You You Welcome and thank you for sharing the space with me My name is Elliot and I'm honored to be a part of your inner journey.
I Thank you for your trust in allowing me to guide you and towards your greater more liberated self This is a presence meditation Designs offer you relaxation and emotional healing You'll be using the breath a Body scan and a mantra as tools to locate any unwanted emotions stored in the body While also grounding into the present moment Take a moment to find a comfortable position The way that you want to relax into this meditation is totally up to you You can sit lay down or stand You decide There are no rules There's only what works for you And when you're ready Gently close your eyes or keep them open with a soft gaze Take any adjustments that you may need so that you can feel as comfortable as possible You If your mind carries a heavy burden of past You will experience more of the same the past perpetuates itself through lack of presence The quality of your consciousness at this moment is what shapes the future If your mind carries a heavy burden of past you will experience more of the same The past perpetuates itself through lack of presence The quality of your consciousness at this moment is what shapes the future This quote from Eckhart Tolle Reminds me That each moment we are building or letting go of accumulated memory Through our thoughts actions emotions environment and history We collect memory in various ways and it's up to us to release what we no longer wish to carry on To do that we need to be grounded in the present moment Conscious of what we no longer want and create the right atmosphere for it to be released For it to be released Being free and vibrant begins with being present in the moment Connected to ourselves Present in our mental activity in our emotions in our body and in our life So I invite you to practice presence with me First we're going to allow the body and mind to find comfort and stillness in this moment Let's begin by softening the eyebrows Loosening the jaw Allowing gravity to melt the shoulders We're simply getting in touch with the body and observing where there may be any tightness Soften Loosen Become aware of any tension Loosen,
Become aware of any tension Loosen Scanning the body from head to toe Allow the breath to soften any knots Any spots of accumulated tension by breathing through them Literally feeling the breath expand the body Loosening and massaging every muscle,
Bone,
Fiber Fiber,
Connecting tissue and cell in your body Receiving a breath in through the nose Down your throat Into the lungs And expanding the belly And then on the out breath we're going to let it all go through the mouth Repeating and receiving this breath And as the breath leaves We can allow some tension to also leave with it Just relaxing into our seated position Or if we're laying down Or even standing Just feeling where we are with this body And noticing any tensions and breathing through them Loosen Loosen Each time Each breath Draws us closer to ourselves and the present moment Starting with the crown of the head The face The ears The back of the head The neck Shoulders Feel the shoulders slightly elevate from the inhale And as you exhale,
Feel them drop just a bit more each time The back The back Chest Abdomen The sides of the torso Your biceps Elbows Forearms Wrists Hands Fingers Hips Biceps Buttocks Thighs Knees Calves Ankles Feet And toes Now as you breathe into any remaining tension Make the intention to infuse the breath With love and gentleness You are soft Strong Here and now Simply and profoundly present Breathing in I am present Breathing out I am love Breathing in I am present Breathing out I am love Breathing out I am love Breathing in I am present Breathing out I am love Breathing in I am present Breathing out I am love Breathing in I am present Breathing out I am love Breathing in I am present Breathing in I am present Breathing out I am love Breathe in I am present From around you From around you From around you From around you I am20 I am20 I am20 I am20 I am20 I am20 I am20 I am20 Treating each breath as if it were sacred.
Breathing with intention and purpose.
The purpose of resting in the present moment.
Receiving the breath in through the nose.
And then letting it all go through the mouth.
Breathing in the goodness of life.
Refreshing and recharging every cell of your body.
Breathing out all the suffering.
All of the tension.
Liberating and releasing any negative emotions from the body.
Let it all go.
With each exhale,
Just feel your body releasing and cleansing this unwanted energy from the body.
Completely let go and free yourself from the shackles of past emotions.
Feel your body becoming lighter and lighter with each breath.
Just breathing out all the unwanted energy.
Breathing in through the nose.
And then out through the mouth.
Completely letting go.
Beware of the breath.
Just exhale all the stressful energy out of your system.
Completely let go.
Now go deep into the body.
Fill your cells.
Feel your blood.
Feel your atoms.
Feel your overall energy.
Let go of everything you know.
Let go of your identity.
Let go of your body.
Let go of your mind.
Let go of your emotions.
Just be nobody.
In no time.
Nowhere.
Going deeper into the body.
Feeling all of the cells.
Feeling your blood course through the body.
Letting go of everything you know.
Letting go of your identity.
Letting go of your body.
Letting go of your mind.
Letting go of your emotions.
Feeling the body with no time and no place.
Subtract everything you know and rest in the presence.
Rest in the consciousness and completely let go.
The more your presence expands,
The more comfort you have to greet all that life off offers.
To be intensely present is a relaxing and opening sensation.
Not one of constriction or force.
With focus and devotion,
This practice will improve presence of mind,
Body,
And soul.
