Welcome to your EFT session on processing grief.
So grateful that you are here.
I want you to ask yourself now on a scale from 0 to 10.
How intense are those negative emotions now?
10 being very challenging.
Go ahead and write that in the chat or If you're watching this recorded,
Write that down on a piece of paper.
How intense are those challenging emotions now?
And I'm seeing some.
Some tens in the chat.
You're in the right place.
Fives,
Ones.
Seven,
Eight,
Four,
All great.
You get to decide in the future when you're doing a topping session.
You can be at a one and say,
I want to be at a zero.
And of course,
If you're at a number like 8910.
Really glad you're here and able to tap in.
Show up,
We're going to go ahead and get started.
All right.
So we'll start with the side of the hand.
This is how we.
This is how we,
And it's said in practitioner circles,
We're knocking on the door of the body.
We're activating the system.
We're letting ourselves know we're going to work with the nervous system,
With the energy body,
And we start here.
And we start in a very radical way.
Where we will repeat this phrase three times.
Go ahead and just repeat after me.
We start with acceptance.
Even though I feel this grief.
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though I'm feeling this grief right now.
I deeply and completely love and honor myself.
Even though I am feeling this grief.
And pain.
I deeply and completely love and respect myself.
Take a deep breath.
Let's get started.
I'm feeling this anguish.
Tightness in my throat.
Pressure in my heart.
I'm feeling angry.
This grief.
This emptiness.
Feels difficult to breathe.
I miss my best friend.
We'll repeat that one.
I miss my best friend.
Feeling of sadness.
Disappointment.
I have regret.
That feeling of regret.
Grieving the loss.
The loss of a life I thought I was building.
The loss of my job or my loved one.
I feel fear.
I feel afraid.
There's no one to call.
Anymore.
For now.
At feeling in my solar plexus.
That heaviness.
Inside.
I question my worth and feel insecure.
I struggle with trust.
It's hard to keep believing.
It's hard to believe that they're gone.
I feel this restlessness and impatience.
I'm ready to work with this anger.
I'm ready to work with this grief.
Ready to work with this sadness.
It's not fair.
I'm willing to believe that I am in the right place at the right time.
I am allowing myself to.
.
.
Feel more calm.
I am allowing myself to feel more at peace.
I am willing to trust.
I'm feeling more calm now.
I'm sending myself.
And that person or thing I lost so much love.
I am worthy of healing.
I am safe.
I am safe and understood.
I'm feeling more love for myself.
More compassion for myself now.
I'm feeling both lighter and more solid.
Less exhausted.
More open to the possibilities.
More hopeful.
I feel more peaceful.
That feeling of love and safety.
That feeling of clarity.
I have that courage to break free from fear.
I have more space to breathe now.
I'm noticing my heart is feeling a little bit more full.
So much love.
My body is filling with light.
That feeling of acceptance.
My breathing relaxing.
Feeling like this is helping me.
And I know I can handle my emotions.
Because I'm doing it right now.
I feel whole and complete.
Because I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Go ahead and take a deep breath.
Have a sip of water if you have water nearby.
And ask yourself on a scale from 0 to 10,
How intense are those moments?
Difficult emotions now.
Go ahead and share that in the chat or write it down.
So again,
The ideal is.
You are feeling at a four or below.
Um,
If you're at a four or above four being like,
It depends on how you feel.
Um,
You,
What you can do is do is guide yourself through another round,
Another session.
And you can journal out,
Like,
What are those feelings?
What are those thoughts?
Even what are those memories that are arising for you?
And you can tap on them and then make sure you then tap on the.
You know,
What you're calling in,
How you're feeling instead,
How you want to feel instead.
So that would be the process I would recommend.
Thank you so much for joining me.
I'll see you next time.
