Hello and welcome to your sleep meditation session.

My name is Ellie Bosmarova and I'm here to guide you into a deep and peaceful sleep.

Go ahead now and get into your comfortable position in a space where you won't be disturbed.

Resting gently on your back and just take a nice deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth,

Dropping your shoulders down and just begin to relax the muscles in your face,

Relaxing your forehead,

Your eyebrows,

Your eyelids,

Relaxing the muscles in your cheeks,

Your jaw,

All the way down to your neck,

Your shoulders,

Dropping into your shoulders,

Your shoulder blades,

Your arms down to your fingertips and then into the abdomen,

The hips all the way down to the tips of your toes.

When you get there,

Just resting,

Imagining a beautiful lavender light covering your entire body like a soft blanket.

Now imagine you're standing in a beautiful forest,

A meadow at sunset full of wildflowers,

A few peaceful clouds float overhead and you smell the sweet blossoms.

You feel the soft grass beneath your feet and decide to lie down on it,

Feeling the coolness against your back,

Feeling every single muscle in your body just start to relax.

Deeper and deeper relaxing,

Just surrendering into sleep,

Into the softness around you.

Deeper and deeper relaxing,

Just surrendering into sleep,

Into the softness around you.

As I count from 10 to 1,

You will begin to walk down the staircase,

Taking your time,

Feeling your body,

Your mind,

Your heart,

Relaxing more and more with every step you take.

And if at any time you want to ground yourself,

Simply breathe and feel the breath moving through your body.

Are you ready?

Very good.

Going down the first step now,

Feeling so relaxed,

Moving deeper now,
