Welcome to your nap and go weightless session.

This is your time.

A moment to float above everything.

Just for a while.

Find a comfortable position.

While lying down on your bed,

You can let go of holding yourself up now.

You don't need to carry anything now.

Let it all drop gently and stay with me.

You'll hear my voice at the start and again later.

To help you return.

In between,

Let the sounds and silence guide you to the in-between state.

You'll see.

It feels wonderful.

Don't turn up the volume.

Let it fade.

Let it disappear.

You're going to rest,

Not from tiredness,

But from weight.

Take a breath in.

One more in.

And one that's even quieter.

Water out.

Let your legs go.

Heavy,

But not stuck.

Like they are floating downward.

Now let your arms fold too.

No effort,

No control.

Just let go of the tension a little more.

Just drifting away.

Your hands,

Fingers,

So light.

Shoulders,

From your head to your tailbone.

Let it soften,

Like it's being held in warm air.

No tension.

No need to stick around it.

Slowly,

Feel the contact of your body with the mattress again.

Start to feel the space inside your chest,

Then your stomach.

Feel your ribs move with the air.

Let your awareness spread into your neck,

Your shoulders,

Back into your arms,

Into your palms.

Just notice what's there.

Noticing is enough.

Bend your knees slightly,

Let them fall gently to one side,

Then the other,

If that feels good.

Stretch if you want to.

You feel light and clear.

You are energized,
