Groundedness And Stability With The Earth Element - (2/5 Series)

Today, we are covering the earth element. It concerns everyone, but if your Zodiac sign is Taurus, Virgo or Capricorn, the earth holds a bigger influence. Earth is the element of groundedness, stability, fertility, potential, and stillness. Earth can also be an element of beginnings and endings, death and rebirth, as life comes from the ground and back into the earth. Earth represents manifestation in the physical world and helps to bring dreams into reality.

I chose this meditation on my 64th birthday (Jan. 3rd) as I hope it to be as spiritual as any other holiday or special event. Your gentle, uncomplicated, on point delivery was very appreciated. I am the guy who sleeps only on grounding sheets, regards himself as a professional camper, and prefers to look at spirituality from the ground up. I often forget about being born into such a strong earth sign. I will gratefully incorporate this as part of the Earth Medicine conveyed to me from our local first citizens.
