Welcome to this 10-minute guided meditation aimed at replenishing your energy when feeling born tired.

Find a comfortable and quiet place where you can sit or lie down without interruptions.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs completely.

Feel slowly releasing all the tension from your body.

Let's begin.

Visualize roots growing from the soles of your feet,

Going deeper into the earth.

Feel the stability and support of the ground beneath you.

With each breath,

Draw up calming energy from these roots.

Begin by focusing on your body.

Bring attention to your toes and imagine a wave of relaxation spreading through them.

Feel this sensation moving slowly up through your feet,

Ankles and calves,

Soothing every muscle it touches.

Allow this relaxation to continue,

Slowly,

Enveloping your entire body,

Releasing any tightness or tension.

Inhale deeply for a count of 4,

Hold for a count of 4,

Exhale for a count of 4,

And hold again for a count of 4.

And rest.

This square breathing pattern helps regulate your energy flow.

So do it again.

Inhale,

3,

4,

Hold,

2,

3,

4,

Exhale,

2,

3,

4,

Hold,

2,

3,

4,

Rest.

Imagine a warm golden light above your head,

Shimmering with revitalizing energy.

With each inhale,

Imagine this light enveloping your body in a cocoon of radiant energy.

As you breathe in,

This light begins to flow into you,

Filling you with vitality.

Feel it infusing every cell and replenishing your energy.

With each exhale,

Let go of fatigue and weariness.

Now repeat the following affirmations,

Silently or aloud.

I am filled with boundless energy and vitality.

My body is rejuvenated and I am ready to embrace the day.

I honor my need for rest and nourishment,

Taking care of my well-being.

As this meditation comes to an end,

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Feeling refreshed and ready to continue your day.

Before you go,

Think of three things you are grateful for today.

Gratitude can shift your energy from fatigue to appreciation and fulfillment.

Remember you can return to this meditation anytime you need a quick energy boost.
