In this deep conversation with [Guest Name], we explore how music becomes a powerful mirror for your inner world — a tool for healing, authentic expression, and spiritual growth. We discuss using music as a path to deeper self-exploration and inner truth, and why spirituality naturally emerges when you create from the heart. We also explore how awareness of mortality can fuel gratitude and purposeful living, alongside the power of daily effort, routines, and stepping out of your comfort zone. Finally, we touch on shifting your mindset from “It’s not possible” to “How is it possible?” and surrounding yourself with people who truly support your authentic path. Whether you're a musician, songwriter, spiritual seeker, or anyone on a journey of self-discovery, this episode will inspire you to create more consciously and turn personal growth into music that touches others.

How does your self-exploration and your personal spiritual process reflect in your music?

To me the music is a big self-healing journey basically.

It's about.

.

.

More and more coming back to yourself and expressing yourself to the outside through music.

In an authentic way.

And also taking you,

Dear listener and viewer,

With us on the journey.

It's a journey that we are.

.

.

Basically walking on together.

So it's not only a personal process,

But it's also,

You can call it like a collective consciousness journey.

To bring the music into the world,

Is that what you're saying?

What it does to people also if they sing with us,

If they see the concerts,

If they.

.

.

Um.

.

.

Come in contact with us.

I see it like this,

We are all in the same boat,

A different stations and that this is how we um guide each other home yeah live live in on this life's journey yeah the interconnectedness of that that comes through music.

And if you look at.

.

.

Let's say the collective human consciousness.

Everybody has a different role.

I think it's important to.

.

.

Live your role as good as you can.

And sometimes you will be a role model for other people and help them to walk on their path.

And it's easier to walk in somebody's footsteps because it's much nicer to do this and there will be people who go a little bit in the back and some people go in the front but we all walk.

Hence,

Also we're all gonna die and this is for me that's the most motivating factor.

It's a very positive thing because it reminds me up.

It's important.

Today is one day.

Of my life.

Yeah.

I think it's.

.

.

You cannot constantly think of dying,

Of course.

That's not what you're saying.

It's more the gratitude that we are alive and kicking and can do things that we want to do and to not miss out on on these things of self-expression just because we become lazy and we would rather prefer everything to be like a wellness treatment,

You know,

Every day should be like a wellness treatment,

You know,

Like in the spas,

You know,

And just kind of letting life float by is super important,

But to also know that you're doing this more consciously,

Now I relax.

Now I'm going to engage and set purpose to my life.

That's what I hear you saying.

Sometimes it's also not easy because if you know this is the thing you have to do.

There are people who are saying if it's not meant to be,

Or if it's meant to be,

It should be easy.

I'm completely not agreeing with this because I see so many people.

Wanting things and they are not willing to do the work.

Yeah.

Yeah.

To me it's.

.

.

You need grace and luck in your life always that something can grow and flourish but you have to do the work this is where it starts and you have to be present you have to have courage and you have a routine as unsexy as a routine is because people don't like routines so much or a lot of people.

Some do.

Some do.

Some thrive on routine.

You have to do the work.

It's a basic factor of the whole thing.

I think what I'm hearing you say,

It's a conversation we often have between the two of us,

The effort you put in because you really want something.

You don't want it just on the level of,

Yeah,

I'm doing this next to my other work,

But maybe the desire is much stronger.

And a lot of people are looking for that.

How can they scale their need of safety,

You know,

Like having a brand winning job,

Having a roof over their head with their creativity,

Because we're talking about creativity here,

You know,

And then I see a lot of people mainstreaming towards I need to become a doctor because I make money there but I cannot be a painter because I won't make money there you know and what you're talking about to me is to really see your desire and or your inner kind of your inner capabilities and then lean strongly into it.

If you want something,

You have to give it your all,

I think.

And not over like two months,

But over a longer period of time and then see where this takes you.

Because on its own,

This is a big process of self-inquiry,

What are you willing to do,

What are you not willing to do in this process and how important are things to you.

Yeah,

It makes me think about when somebody dreams bigger than other people.

Then it's scary for everybody else around them.

If you say,

I'm going to invent something,

Whatever,

A new life form or whatever,

Think about crypto.

Are we going to invent new money,

So to speak?

I'm sure there were a lot of people who thought that is too radical.

We can bring this society forward if we keep going through our own processes in growing because everybody wants to expand at the end of the day.

Everybody wants to grow.

Hopefully so.

I don't think that everybody wants to grow because a lot of people just want to stay in their nice calm quiet zone of Yeah,

In their comfort zone,

Basically.

So it would be so great if everybody would love to grow and get more conscious.

But what we see in the world is.

.

.

Not this,

There are some people who really want to do something and others don't.

Yeah,

Because I often think it has to do with how people envision it.

I mean,

We learned so much together in how to put things to life.

I remember I got really scared when he said to me,

Let's go on tour.

We had just recorded a few songs.

And he said to me,

Let's go on tour.

And I was like,

Tour?

How are we going to make this happen?

And the idea sounds big for a band that just exists in a recording.

Room first,

You know,

And has not that many possibilities to come together that often.

But then it was like,

Let's look at the map.

Let's see what cities are connected.

What cities do we like?

Where would we like to be?

Let's really just,

You know,

Open up the table,

Brainstorm and And from there,

Magically,

Everything kind of happened.

Then I started googling venues and what is possible in these cities,

How long does it take.

There we were,

Suddenly on stage.

And I think one of the most important questions if you want to bring a project or idea to life is not,

If you're saying it's not possible,

It's over.

But if you're saying how is it possible then you open up because you start to look for answers and possibilities and it makes a big difference,

It's just a little different format of the question but as soon as you say it's not possible it's over you're not going to continue and if you ask how is it possible you find new ways and new directions.

Exactly.

It's always a positioning of the question.

There is a book that's called You're Asking the Wrong Question and I sort of absorbed it totally because sometimes you get stuck on the why,

You know,

Like why am I doing this and why is this happening to me,

For example,

Or you know,

It just,

As you say,

You just turn the question around and say,

Like,

What needs to change,

You know,

And how is this possible?

And suddenly you find yourself playing with the possibilities.

And learning from other people,

As you said earlier.

We string each other along in inspiring each other,

Following and maybe coming up with new ideas.

And what is also very important is that you have to write people around you.

Because don't ask people who haven't done a certain thing for an opinion or for advice.

Ask people who believe in you and support you.

And want you to win,

I mean,

It's not the right word,

Want you to succeed in life.

Authentically expressing yourself in the world.

Or have an experience or an idea and are not afraid to just talk about ideas.

So keep good people around you.

Absolutely.
