Welcome,
My name is Elizabeth and today I'll be your guide inside.
This meditation is for the moments you feel weak.
When shame,
Fear,
Or judgment begin to take over.
When you feel like your power has slipped outside of you.
We all have these moments.
They are human,
And they are invitations to return to your center.
Today we'll work with the mantra I call WEAK,
But in a very different way than you might think.
It's an acronym.
W-E-A-K,
Welcome energy,
Allow kindness.
It's a simple yet powerful direction.
A way to meet the parts of you that feel small,
Scared,
Or unworthy.
Not with more judgment,
But with presence,
Compassion,
And care.
This mantra helps rewire our understanding of weakness,
Because what we often call weak is simply a part of us asking for our attention,
Longing to be seen,
To be held,
To be honored.
And in doing that,
We regain our strength.
So let's begin.
Take a comfortable seat or lie down.
Gently close your eyes and begin to settle in.
Allow your awareness to come inward as you start to connect with the rhythm of your breath.
I invite you to bring to mind a recent moment when you felt weak.
Maybe it was physical,
Maybe it was emotional,
Maybe you judged yourself for not being enough.
Let the moment surface.
Allow it to be here without judgment,
Without shame.
Now,
Simply repeat to yourself and to this memory.
Welcome energy.
Allow kindness.
Welcome energy.
Allow kindness.
Welcome energy.
Allow kindness.
Keep repeating this to yourself as we pause in silence.
So now feel how this changes your inner environment.
You're not pushing the feeling away.
You're welcoming it in.
You're creating space for it to be seen and softened.
This allows us to embody our inner strength,
Not through force,
Not through control,
But by being present.
Stay with your inner environment,
Continuing to repeat this mantra and allowing it to extend all through your body,
All through your mind,
And allowing it to extend into your auric field,
Into your home,
And anywhere else you want to allow it.
Welcome energy and allowing kindness to mix with everything.
This is how we come back into contact with our locus of control.
Now,
When we feel weak,
It's because our attention is caught outside of us,
Trying to manage things we cannot change,
The past,
Other people,
The unknown.
Simply by shifting your attention back to your inner environment,
Your breath,
Your body,
Your choice to be kind,
This is your internal locus of control.
This is your power.
So just now taking that awareness throughout your body,
Mind,
Heart,
And just seeing what energy is here now,
Any other energies that are wanting to be seen,
Heard,
Welcome it.
Can I allow kindness to meet it?
So let this flow more deeply.
It become a new direction for how you will be with yourself.
Keep repeating the mantra as we move into silence again.
Welcome energy,
Allow kindness.
Welcome energy,
Allow kindness.
As we pair this with our breath,
We are reclaiming our power.
Each moment of presence is a return to the knowing that you are not weak.
You are healing.
You are remembering.
The moment you turn inward,
You begin to access your strength,
Connection,
And choice.
I invite you to bring your hands onto your heart.
Feel the steady rhythm beneath your palms.
Whisper to yourself.
As you move through the rest of your day,
Let this mantra be a soft thread that holds you.
Even when you forget,
It's okay.
You can always come back.
Come back to this meditation.
Come back to your breath.
Come back to the mantra.
This moment is your anchor.
This breath is your power.
You are home here,
Taking time to be grateful for your inner awareness and your ability to come back to center.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes and allow yourself to carry this deeper level of awareness with you wherever you go.
