This meditation is a soothing voice-only journey which guides you to deeply release what is no longer serving you on your path. You will be invited to clear mental overwhelm, tension within the body, and energetic debris. Light will be called to descend into you bringing renewal and replenishment to replace what has been released. This is a wonderful opportunity to deeply let go and allow new energy in.

Transcript

Let's begin by taking a deep,

Rich,

Full breath in and let it out.

Set the intention that you are here to receive what it is that you are most seeking for your body,

For your mind,

For your spirit,

And that you will allow yourself to receive it.

Take another deep breath in and let it out.

Begin to consciously notice yourself.

Imagine in your mind's eye that there are arrows just outside of you.

They are pointed toward an infinite number of things,

As there are an infinite number of arrows.

This is where your attention is now.

In your mind's eye,

Turn the arrows to face you.

Have them begin to flow into you,

So that these fragments of your attention begin to merge with you,

Bringing your attention back to you.

Take another deep breath and let it out.

Feel the strength of noticing yourself.

Notice now how are you right now?

How does your body feel?

How is your breathing?

How is your head?

And just outside of you,

Radiating all around you,

Your energy.

How is your energy?

What is it bringing to you these days?

What you're receiving is an indication of what you're giving off with your energy.

No judgment here,

But simply noticing.

Noticing the sum of where you are today.

Take another deep breath in now.

Begin now to scan your body with the intention of inviting pause.

Inviting rest.

Inviting surrender.

Notice your head and invite it to be still.

Notice the space between your thoughts.

And expand it.

Extend it into the silence that can become your mind.

Unwind even deeper.

Relax even further.

Notice your body.

Notice your shoulders,

Your neck,

Your posture.

Notice how your body allows for your energy to flow.

Allow this part of you to relax.

Allow any tension to cease to dissipate.

Allow your arms,

Elbows,

Lower arms and wrists to relax.

To cease any tension,

Begin to unwind.

Bring pause to your chest,

To your lungs.

Notice your heartbeat.

How does it feel right now?

What's behind your heartbeat?

Expand your peace and your ease to your lower abdomen.

Your stomach.

Let your stomach out.

And continue to breathe peacefully.

Allow your hips and legs to sink into the support beneath you.

Become aware of the support beneath you.

Become aware of the support beneath the support.

The gravity.

The connection to the earth.

Allow your legs and lower legs to release any tension they're carrying.

Begin to pause.

To cease their movement.

And to relax.

Extend that invitation all the way down to your toes.

So that they too can find permission to pause and continue to breathe.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Breathing in pause.

Breathing out movement.

Breathing in rest.

Breathing out overwhelm.

Breathing in mental peace.

Breathing out mental chaos.

Breathing in calm.

Continue to allow yourself to sink even more deeply into your pause.

As you imagine that just beneath you,

Just beneath your energy center,

Is your energetic grounding cord.

An anchor.

It's descending from within you into the floor beneath you.

Into the earth.

It's connecting with a deep ancient part of the earth.

And as it does,

It roots itself firmly.

And as it roots itself,

It roots you firmly.

Firmly planting you into the earth.

Securing your connection.

Renewing your grounding.

Reaffirming your support.

You feel the effect of being grounded.

Being truly supported.

And the nurturing and the comforting that comes with that feeling.

There is a deep peace that is surrounding you now.

The peace that supports all of life.

Feelings of being nurtured and cared for and protected.

Allow yourself to go deeply in to that feeling.

And as this feeling expands,

So too does the role of the anchor.

In fact,

It expands to the width of your body and even further still.

Just a few inches outside of you.

And as it does,

It begins to collect from you all of your energetic debris.

Anything that is out of alignment with your harmony and your peace and feeling supported and nurtured and connected.

Anything that takes you away from feeling empowered is removed.

Anything that takes you away from feeling centered is removed.

Old versions of yourself,

Outdated judgments,

Outdated resentments.

Any commitment that you may have had to be busy simply for the sake of being busy.

Adding too much to your to-do list is being removed.

Ignoring your needs and the authenticity of your desires is being released.

Collected here by the anchor.

Drawn away from you.

Any connections that severed your ability to follow the path of your own purpose are being pulled away from you.

And anyone and everyone that is in your energy space that is not you is being released.

Take a moment now and allow for anything that comes up,

Anything that is outdated that you no longer need to carry.

Without judging or questioning it,

Allow it to come up.

Know that its time has been served.

And allow it to attach to the anchor where it can be released from its control in your life.

And take another deep breath in.

As these outdated energies begin to dissolve and fade away,

Removed from your space,

You notice that just above you is a beautiful wisp of light coming in to the top of your head.

It's so gentle.

It begins to bring replenishment.

A blank canvas to your mind where new thoughts may appear.

Bringing harmony,

Bringing peace,

Edging out anything that does not serve your growth.

It begins to descend into your face and your eyes.

Your neck replaces any tensions here with ease,

Replacing confusion with confidence.

It brings clarity and truth to you,

To the way that you communicate with yourself and with the world around you.

This light is your personal energy.

It fits you so well because it is you.

You can begin to replace all of the foreign energy that was in your space with your own light,

With your own truth,

With your version of your life.

This light is descending now into your arms and throughout your fingers,

Through your shoulders and your back,

Moving down into your chest,

Into your heart.

It begins a great decluttering of any accumulated energy that's rested heavy in your heart space.

And it replaces heaviness with the magic wonder of a child and an opportunity to attract wonderful new gifts to your heart space,

Radiating golden gentle light out from your heart.

Feeling like a great call,

A great magnet,

Bringing to you experiences and people that are completely in alignment with your true energy and who you really are.

People,

Places,

Experiences and opportunities that truly fit in your preferred life,

Replacing pretense with authenticity.

This lovely light begins to descend even further into your belly,

Your hips,

Your legs,

Removing stuck energy,

Distortions of movement,

Bringing clarity and confidence with right action and next steps.

Take another deep breath in and let it out.

And allow yourself to align even more deeply to your own energy,

Recalibrating your mind,

Recalibrating your heart,

Recalibrating your body and continue to breathe.

From the count of five down to one,

You will return to your day,

To the room around you.

Five.

Release the anchor and the grounding cord from the beginning of the meditation,

Allowing yourself to release all of that outdated energy completely.

Four.

Three.

Two.

One.

Open your eyes and welcome back.

This is the most all encompassing healing that I’ve ever heard, I love this meditation. I suffer from PTSD and have trouble sleeping, I turn on this medication and I’ve yet to finish it before falling asleep!!! I highly recommend this for all type of centering and purging and growth!!! Extremely well done!!! Thank you for this excellent meditation!!!
