Find yourself in a really comfortable position and just be aware of your breath.
So take some really nice deep breaths,
Bringing all your energy,
Your attention,
And your awareness back to yourself now.
And fully focus on your breath.
So some really nice deep inhales and some beautiful relaxing exhales.
Focusing on the breath going in and out through the nose.
Or maybe a deeper release,
Breathing out through the mouth.
Allow your mind to wander.
Allow your mind to remember all of the wonderful things that have happened to you in your life.
All of the beautiful experiences that you've had and are having that has built you up in some way.
What are some of the experiences that you have had that have lifted you up in your life?
What are some of the experiences that you've had that have been able to explore more of who you are?
Who were the beautiful people that were involved?
Really take some time to look at the environment that you were in and explore what you saw and what you experienced and how it makes you feel.
By now you should be smiling.
You should feel this beautiful warmth in your body and potentially you can feel your heart expanding.
Now I want you to imagine that you're moving in to today and today you get to experience creating.
Creating and completing all the things on your list today and I want you to think about all the people that you're going to experience those things with today.
Take a moment right now to smile at all of those thoughts.
All the people that are going to be part of your life participating with you and just take this moment to smile at them and send them some love and gratitude knowing that the interactions that they're going to have with you will raise you up and raise them up.
The communications are going to be very clear and concise and you'll be able to express yourself exactly how you choose from your heart.
Just feel how beautiful that feels to be sharing a moment with another human being sending them love right now.
If you need to go somewhere today to experience some errands or part of your work be aware of the drive there or the transport that you need to take and just declare to yourself right now everything always works out for me.
Know that whatever you experience today is part of your journey and part of your learning and growth.
Keep that smile on your face.
Keep your vibration high.
Keep the love in your heart and the gratitude and now just extend that over the week.
What are some of the things that you're going to do this week?
The people you're seeing,
The experiences you're going to have,
Smile at all of those experiences.
Smile at all the people that you're thinking of that you're going to be interacting with.
Sending them love and gratitude from your heart.
Just take a moment for all of the experiences that may happen that before you thought was a negative experience or a lower vibrational experience and just allow your energy to come to potential experiences that might happen and be aware of that moment and declare everything always works out for me.
So smile at that experience as well knowing that you are a co-creator and that it's an opportunity to let go.
To let go of any old beliefs,
Judgments or ways that you have defined the moment.
And ask yourself,
How can I experience this moment from my highest potential?
Knowing that you have the choice to respond rather than react to all situations.
So one more time just send some beautiful loving light,
Big smiles to everyone you're going to interact with through this week.
Today and into the rest of the week.
Be playful like a child.
I'm going to get you to take a nice deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth as you come back into your body again.
Completely present to this moment.
And when you're ready you can open your eyes.
