Why do so many of us feel the pressure to do so much, as if we have to prove ourselves and our worth? In this video, I explore the hidden belief many of us carry: that our worth is connected to how much we accomplish, how productive we are, or how much we do for others. Over time, being busy can start to feel like proof that we matter — but this way of living often leaves us depleted, disconnected, and unable to rest without guilt. Through a mindfulness and psychology lens, we’ll look at how busyness can become part of our identity, why the finish line keeps moving, and how we can begin to separate what we do from who we are. You are more than your productivity. You are more than your to-do list. And you are enough, even when you rest.
