I just want you to start by just visualizing a white spinning ball of light below your feet and I want you to just see this white spinning ball of light and just feel it moving up your body,
Up through your feet,
Up your ankles,
Through your legs,
Up through your knees,
Up into your hips,
Up through your chest and just feel it in your heart and you can just see it hovering in your heart and I want you to just feel into that divine spark of love inside your heart and just connect to that warmth of unconditional love,
Of compassion and I want you to just feel that white ball of love,
Light,
Just pushing out of your heart and out into your energy field and I want you to just feel into the atoms inside your heart and I want you to bring your consciousness into these atoms,
I want you to become these atoms and just allow yourself to just expand out of your energy field,
Just feel your body mesh and mold with the atoms in your heart,
The atoms in your body,
I want you to just feel them excited,
Vibrating,
Playing with each other,
Feel their joy,
See them laughing,
Feel them touch each other as they transfer light and love between them,
Just feel your whole body electrifying as they pass this light and love between each atom in your entire energy field,
I want you to just feel these atoms of love and light just moving around your body,
Feel them in your liver,
Your stomach,
Your kidneys,
Your lungs,
Your brain,
Your pancreas,
Your skin,
Your bladder,
Your spleen,
Your bones,
Your blood,
Your diaphragm,
Your lymph nodes,
Your reproductive organs,
Your trachea,
Your thymus,
Just feel each part,
Each organ of your body becoming one with the atoms,
Meshing and molding with the atoms of the universe,
The atoms of God,
Allow your body to heal,
To raise its vibration,
As you clairvoyantly see your body and the organs in front of you,
Just feel every single atom vibrate with excitement and joy,
The excitement and joy of being alive,
Of being healthy,
Of being connected to everything else in the multiverse,
You are energy,
You are space,
You are joy,
You are light,

If you have any parts of your body where you are currently feeling pain,
I want you now to go into that part of your body and I want you to focus on that pain and feel into it,
What is it,
Where does it come from,
What is it trying to tell you,
Is it other people's energy or is it a trapped emotion,
What's going on in your life right now,
How long have you had it for,
I now want you to take a sticky rose and just pull it around that part of your body,
Move it around and just pull out all the gunk,
Black gunk,
You throw it out and explode it,
Just come back to all the atoms in your body again,
And just feel them move around,
Vibrating with excitement and joy and love,
I want you to go into your brain and connect all of those brain neurons together,
Allow all the synapses to connect and speak to each other,
Allow them to talk to you and tell you what you need to do,
What is your path,
What is your next step,
Does your brain need detoxing,
Does your body need detoxing,
If so,
Take a sticky rose and go into our brain and our body,
We're going to detox everything that's not for our highest and best good,
Pull out the sticky rose,
Throw it out and explode it,
If you need to,
Get the psychic hoover,
Put it on,
Pull out all the harmful environmental pollutants,
Toxins,
Heavy metals,
Parasites,
Cancer cells,
Disease,
Bacteria,
Germs,
Viruses,
Whatever your beliefs are around these things,
Just pull it all out with the hoover,
I'm going to throw that out and explode it,
We're going to get a hoover and we're going to pull out all the heavy metals that are not for your highest and best good,
I want you to see them all coming out,
The aluminium,
The lead,
The mercury,
The fluoride,
Anything that's not for your highest and best good,
Anything for your bone health,
Your health can stay,
Once the hoover is full up,
You'll throw it out and explode it out of your field,
If needs be,
Get a second hoover,
Start pulling out all those heavy metals,
Toxins,
Pollutants,
I want you to go back into your brain and just connect with the synapses,
Connect with your brain and ask what needs healing,
What needs healing in my body,
Whatever needs healing,
Just take a sticky rose,
Go in and heal it,
Release the black gunk,
Black energy,
Throw it out and explode it,
I want you to go into your brain with your psychic hand and pull out all the wires,
Implants,
Anything that's not needed in there,
Just pull them out with your psychic hand,
Gather it all up in a sticky rose,
Throw it out of your field and explode it,
Again go in with your hand to your body,
Your brain,
Wherever,
Pull out all the graphene oxide,
All the parasites,
All the worms,
Anything that's not needed,
Artificial ones,
Pull them all out,
Throw them out and explode it,
I want you to go around your aura and check for cords,
In any cords that are not for your highest and best good,
I want you to take them out from the root using your imaginary hand,
Pull them out from the root,
Gather them up in a sticky rose,
Throw them out and explode it,
I want you to check your aura for any shadows,
Wherever you may see any shadows,
I want you to ask your healing guide what is that,
Is that a trapped emotion or is it someone else's energy,
Take a sticky rose,
Go in,
Clear it all out,
Throw it out and explode it,
Mend any rips or tears in your aura,
Now set the intention to release all of your soul contracts that are out of date or out of present time,
Just feel them release down your grounding cord,
So bring all of your soul contracts up to date and in present time,
Again just go around your organs,
Check for any cords,
Pull them out of the root,
Wind them up in a sticky rose and throw them out of your auric field,
And now I want you to see your body,
Your physical body,
Your energy body,
Your emotional body,
Smiling,
Glowing,
Healed,
Anything black that shows up,
Take a sticky rose,
Go in,
Wind it up,
Throw it out and explode it,
Take three sticky roses and go into your one,
Two,
Three,
Three bottom chakras,
Start gathering up all the black gunk from each chakra,
Throw them out and explode them,
Set the hoover on it if needs be,
One,
Two,
Three,
Get them going,
Set the intention that when it's finished the hoovers will go or move out and explode,
As well as any heavy metal hoovers as well,
I want you to take four sticky roses and go into your four upper chakras,
Go into your heart,
Clear it out of any black gunk,
Go into your throat,
Your third eye,
Your crown chakra,
Clear them out with the sticky rose,
Clear out any black gunk,
Anything that you no longer need or want,
Just clear them out,
Use the hoover if there's too much for the sticky rose to handle,
Just set them on a timer and when it's finished it will automatically go out and explode,
And I want you to see in front of you source energy flowing through the universe,
And you can see it coming from the centre of the universe flowing all the way down,
I want you to step into this and allow source energy to flow through your body,
Just feel that wave of healing,
Of pure love,
Allow your body to be healed,
Replenished and cleared out,
Now you can step back out and just put a white circle of light around your body,
And just allow that white spinning ball of light to move up from your heart all the way up to your head and then back down as it goes into the ground,
Grounding you into the ground,
And then back up again into your physical body,
And just feel your energy,
Emotional,
Mental,
Physical bodies align,
Cleared,
Healed,
Energised,
Anything that's not for your highest and best good is released now down the grounding cord,
Feel yourself ground into the air,
