Healing The Witch Wound & The Trinity

A transformational healing meditation focused on healing the female trinity - mother, sister and witch (healer) - so that we can step back into our true sisterhood again and heal the wounds from our past.

The world is healing and we are healing along with her.

Okay,

And if you're already in your position,

Just start by taking five deep breaths in and out.

Five is the number of the divine.

We want to connect with the divine,

The energy field.

Just start by bringing your consciousness into your heart space.

I want you to really feel those warm,

Loving feelings just growing in your heart.

And as it grows,

Just start to see it expand out,

Out,

Out through your body.

I'm just going to push all the low vibrational energy out of your body and fill you up with the high vibrational energy.

I want you to find your spark of divinity inside your heart and just grow it out,

Out,

Out.

Allow yourself to raise your vibration.

I am consciousness of the multiverse.

Now I want you to bring your consciousness into the center of your head.

Just notice that you're on your own in here.

And if you feel that there's anything else in with you,

Just open a trap door and just ask everything or everyone to leave.

Feel all the energies just slip away down the trap door and then close it behind them.

I want you to set the intention that all words,

Thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions are just going to float past your mind,

Allowing you to connect fully with this meditation.

Just allow yourself to turn back into the center of your head.

And I want you to turn around and look behind you and notice that there's a door there.

It's a big wooden door with an iron handle.

Through,

You notice that there's a crystal staircase running down,

Whirling all the way down,

Around and around and around.

I want you to start walking down it.

Just feel yourself gliding down the staircase,

Going down and down and down into your own self.

As you start to get to the bottom,

I want you to step down the last three steps and walk straight in front of you.

As you walk down a tunnel,

You start to see three doors coming up in front of you at the end of the tunnel.

I want you to turn to the first door on your left as you lean forward.

And I want you to open the door.

And as you look inside the door,

You're going to see an aspect of yourself.

Notice how you visualize this aspect of yourself.

What do you see?

What is she wearing?

Ask her where you know her from.

Have you had a past life together?

What happened in this past life?

I want you to listen to what she has to say.

I want you to ask her questions about your past life.

I want you to understand what happened in her life when she was a witch.

Did anything bad happen to her?

Or did she have a good life,

Healing people and using her psychic abilities?

What time period is it?

What type of clothes is she wearing?

Is it on earth or somewhere else?

As you're listening to what she answers,

She tells you that she's brought a gift for you today.

Something from that lifetime.

And as you look down at her outstretched hands,

You can see what the gift is.

Why this gift?

What does it mean?

I want you to now turn to her,

Say thank you and hug her.

Hold her as her energy field starts to glow.

I want you to take your hands,

Put them opposite each other and create a spinning ball of white light.

And as it grows,

I want you to pick up this ball of white light and throw it into her heart.

Create it by that witch wound.

Just watch as this ball of white light flows through her and then all the way down through her ancestral line.

Both paternal and maternal.

As you see all of her,

Your ancestors.

She's an aspect of you,

But she's still an entity and being in her own right.

You feel that entire bloodline flowing all the way back and forwards through time and space.

And the bloodline cleared.

Back.

Leave that door open,

But I want you to open the second door.

And here.

I want you to feel the maternal energy flowing through you on the archetypal mother.

Mother Earth.

Mother Energy.

Sophia.

I want you to remember your past life as the mother archetype.

What time period was this?

Where was it?

Who were you?

Which of your family members are with you here?

What type of mother are you?

Were you a leader in your tribe?

A priestess?

A goddess?

Are you caring for others?

Are there children involved?

The mother energy is strong,

Wise and powerful.

So powerful that it doesn't need to dominate.

It nurtures and nourishes all those it comes into contact with.

Who are you in this lifetime?

What type of mother are you?

As you look down at her hands,

You see that she's holding something for you.

She opens her palms and you can see what she's holding.

Sitting nestled inside her palms.

What wisdom does she have for you today?

What gifts has she brought with her from another life?

Maybe it's forgotten wisdom.

Lost abilities.

Once you've understood what she's holding for you,

I want you to turn to her.

Say thank you.

Hug her,

Holding her tight.

Allow your energies to intermingle.

Knowing that she's a part of you and you a part of her.

I want you to create a ball of white light between your palms again.

As you move your palms out,

The ball of white light grows and grows.

See it spinning between your palms.

I want you to now take this ball of white light and push it into her heart.

Where it heals all the trauma created by the mother wound.

Watch as it flows through her.

Through her and your ancestral line.

Both paternal and maternal.

I want you to see all of your,

Her ancestors.

As their bodies light up.

All the way going down thousands and thousands of years.

Allowing us to step back into the maternal,

Intuitive.

Women that we are.

I want you to set the intention that they are all healed.

And the bloodlines cleared.

Now I want you to step back.

Keep that second door open,

But now open the third door.

And say hello to your sister.

Who is she?

What is her name?

Have you met her before?

Is it a past life or a future one?

What does she look like?

Is she from another time period?

Is she from Earth?

Maybe somewhere different.

A different time or space to you.

Maybe a different land,

A different continent.

An ancient civilization that no longer exists on this planet.

However you see her,

I want you to feel this sister energy blowing through you.

Supporting you,

Guiding you,

Caring you and loving you.

What has she come here today to help you do?

Has she come with words of wisdom for you?

Listen as these words magically flow from her mind into yours.

Feeling them inside your heart.

And feel these words from your sister.

Words.

I want you to turn to her and say thank you.

And hug her,

Holding her tight.

And healing her.

I want you once again to create a ball of white light spinning in between your palms.

And as it grows bigger and bigger.

Where it heals all the trauma created by the sister wound.

Watch as it flows down through her ancestral line.

Both maternal and paternal.

Allowing all the sisters to be healed.

Going back thousands and thousands and thousands of years.

Set the intention that they are all healed.

And the bloodline cleared.

Now I want you to take three steps back.

So you can see all three open doors in front of you.

The witch on the first door.

The mother on the second door.

And the sister on the third door.

I want you to look at all of these different three archetypes.

The three aspects of you.

The trinity.

I want you to hold your hand over your heart as they hold theirs.

Linked through your own traumatic past.

Which is now undone.

As we move back into the time of the matriarch.

Back into the female leaders.

Of which it always used to be on our planet.

Women led and the men supported them.

As you all look at each other.

I want you to wave.

And say farewell.

Or now.

They're always there if you need them.

If you want to talk to them or ask them anything.

They're a part of you.

But the wounds are healed.

And you can now connect.

With the true power.

Of the witch,

The mother and the sister archetype.

Close the doors.

And turn around.

Put your hand on the rail.

And step up on the first step.

And you allow yourself to walk back up.

A winding crystal staircase.

Just feel yourself gliding all the way back up.

Higher and higher and higher.

All the way back up.

And you find yourself back at the top.

And outside the big wooden door with the iron handle.

I want you to reach down.

Turn the iron handle,

Open the door.

And walk back into your own mind.

Inside your own head.

Close the door behind you.

Settle back down.

And allow your consciousness.

To drop back into your heart space.

Just connect to that spark of divinity.

Inside your heart.

And once you understand that this spark of divinity is you.
