Okay,
So first of all,
I want you to just put your feet flat on the floor,
Or you can lie down if you prefer.
But I also want you to have your crystal to hand in front of you as well.
You can hold the crystal in your hand is probably the best way of doing it,
Or you can have it to your side.
So I want you to take five deep breaths in and out,
Because five is the number of the divine,
And we're going to connect to divine energy,
The divine energy of source today.
I want you to create a column of light,
Visualize a column of light coming from the base of your spine all the way into the ground,
And just watch it as it goes deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep into the ground until it gets to the very,
Very center,
Where there's a huge crystal,
And it's going to plug into that crystal.
We're going to use this column of light to ground out any energy that you no longer need.
We're going to ground out white energy and black energy.
We're going to ground out all the energy that doesn't belong to you.
We're going to ground out all of those stresses and worries and anxieties.
All that low vibrational energy,
It's all going to go down into the grounding cord,
Back into the earth to be neutralized and transformed.
Next,
I want you to turn your attention to the place below the soles of your feet.
I want you to pull up earth energy.
Feel it come up through the soles of your feet and feel your feet tingle as it slips up through your ankles,
Flows into your knees,
Up into your hips,
And then drops down the grounding cord.
We're going to set this on a loop,
And it's going to keep bringing up earth energy and pushing it down.
Next,
I want you to turn your attention to the place above your head,
And we're going to go directly to the center of the universe,
And we're going to connect a source energy at the center of the universe.
Now we're going to pull down this energy into the top of your head.
I want you to feel it slip down the back of your head,
Back of your neck,
The four panels in your back,
And then slip down into the grounding cord,
Back into the earth.
I want you to feel all those stresses and worries and strains just slipping away.
All those to-do lists.
All those things that you may have forgotten.
Now is the time to just let them all go.
It's not important.
We're now going to take 90% of source energy and 10% of earth energy,
And we're going to start running it through your energy centers,
Your chakras.
Feel it pull into the first chakra,
Filling it up front and back and leaving it spinning.
Now bubble up the energy into the second and third chakras,
Filling them up front and back and leaving them spinning in the direction of their choice.
Feel the energy pulling up into your fourth chakra.
We're going to cleanse and clean off the heart,
The heart chakra.
Release any low vibrational energy,
Any wounds and traumas,
Just release them down the grounding cord and know that they are gone.
And to bubble up the energy into the fifth,
Sixth chakra,
Filling it up front and back,
Leaving it spinning.
And up into seventh chakra,
Filling it up front and back,
Leaving it spinning.
We're going to cut any cords attached to any of these chakras that are keeping you linked up to people,
Experiences,
Places that are no longer serving you and are holding you back.
We're going to release this all from your body and set the intention that all the seven layers of your auric field are mended,
No rips or tears are there anymore.
Glowing white,
See yourself glowing white inside this ball of light.
We're going to set protection around ourselves.
Visualize yourself inside a white pyramid of healing light.
I now want you to take a rose,
Which is a fractal pattern and why we use it for energy.
Ground the stem into the ground.
Put a picture of yourself on the outside and multiply it a hundred times around your head.
This is to stop any psychic attacks and to keep you safe.
Finally,
We're going to cover your ball of white light with a golden mesh and this is going to ensure that no low vibrational energy or frequencies can enter into your field,
Only high vibrational ones,
Only messages of pure love,
Pure intent that are beneficial to you.
Now I want you to bring your attention up to the place behind your eyes and I want you to set the intention that you're going to connect to your crystal.
Keep your eyes closed.

Back to when this crystal was first formed and understand where was it found?
Where did it come from?
Did it arrive in Earth in a meteor?
How far down was it found?
Which mine did it come from?
Which country?
How long has it been here?
Start to ask these questions,
Feeling into the consciousness of this crystal and know that it will answer you.
Just go with the first thing that pops into your head because this is your subconscious mind speaking and this is where we want to connect to.
The subconscious is connected to the energy field and is where all this information is held.
We are all connected.
We all experience our intuition in different ways.
Some of us see things,

Just allow yourself to be guided in whatever is natural for you.

You're turning down the analytical mind and that's shattering.
Visualize it going all the way down and clicking off.
Connect back to the subconscious mind again and back to your crystal.
We're going to create a dialogue with our crystal and I want you to ask it,
What was it doing before it came to you?
Where was it?
Did it come to you straight from the mind or the ground where it was discovered?
Has it been with other people before you?
Where are those people now?
Are they past and long gone?
Ask it why it came to you because this is no accident.
Nothing is by chance.
What has it come to help you with?
What has it come to do with you and your life?
Why did it come into your life?
Have you maybe had a past life with the being that's inside it?
The soul of the crystal,
Just as your soul has lived hundreds if not millions of past lives.
Did you arrange to meet up again in this life?
Does it hold knowledge that is meant for you?
Is it imparting wisdom to you on a daily basis,
Holding all this knowledge since time began?
Does it have a message for you?
If so,
What is that message?
What is it trying to tell you?
How is it trying to get your attention?
Are you visualizing something?
Are you hearing something?
Or do you just sense or know something to be true?
Trust yourself.
Whatever you know to be true,
Trust yourself.
Because the body knows the frequency of truth.
It resonates with the frequency of truth.
And we all know our own truth.
Once you've got the answers to all these questions,
I want you to ask it if it has any final message for you.
Why has it come to you at this time?
Why has it come to you now in your life and not ten or twenty years ago?
Why has it come at this shift in consciousness?
What is it here to help you with?
Is it trying to unlock something inside of you?
Some knowledge or wisdom inside of you?
Is it trying to help you remember something?
Maybe from a past life or something from this life.
Something you need to remember and need to know for the next step on your journey.
Allow the thoughts and the visions to play out in front of you.
Allow the crystal to show you this image.
This story.
Of how you met.
Of why you met.
And of what this meeting means for you in your life moving forward.
When you finish connecting with your crystal,
