16. Techeiles

Techeiles is the indigo blue dye used in the tzitzis strings worn by Jews worldwide on their four-cornered garments. Within this beautiful blue dye lies an ancient, secret meditation. This is a beautiful and profound guided meditation. Although the Hebrew words were not familiar to me, I was very drawn to this meditation and to the color blue. It was easy and very familiar to go where the meditation took me, made even more profound by the music which so perfectly accompanied the words. I feel peacefully transformed.
