Welcome to a meditation practice.

This practice will help you release limiting beliefs and enjoy a life of boundless expansion and complete freedom to create your own happiness,

Abundance and fulfillment.

My name is Elena and I will be your guide.

Before we begin,

Find a calm,

Relaxing place for your practice.

Dim the lights,

Silence the sounds and notifications.

To experience best results,

Practice this meditation for 30 days in a row.

Now,

As we are about to dive in,

Let your body find the most comfortable position on your back.

Uncross your arms and legs.

If you prefer,

You can choose to rest in a seated position,

In a comfortable recliner armchair,

Resting on your back on a yoga mat or in bed.

Everything about your position feels relaxing and pleasant.

And with every breath,

Your position is becoming even more comfortable.

And your muscles start to relax and soften.

You may find that it feels good to close your eyes.

As your eyelids softly close,

Your attention is starting to turn inward.

Very good.

Our meditation is the time that you will dedicate to being in a deeper contact with yourself.

You don't need to apply any effort while you are practicing.

You can just allow your mind to relax and let my words wash over you.

Your mind will receive and take in what it needs and simply let go of the rest.

For now,

There's nothing you need to do.

Nowhere to go.

The world can just continue without your involvement and it can take this time to relax.

Dive inwards.

Enjoy a calm,

Peaceful state.

And allow your energy and vitality to replenish naturally.

Simply listening and relaxing is perfectly enough for this practice to work.

Your subconscious mind will receive all the guidance it needs.

To reprogram your beliefs and your inner dialogue.

Now your attention moves to your breath.

As I'm guiding you deeper into our practice,

Your breath is naturally becoming deeper,

Slower and more relaxed.

You may want to take a few grounding,

Deep exhales through your mouth.

This breathing can help you leave your day behind and can feel like a sigh of relief,

Bringing about a feeling of groundedness and ease.

You may even feel like breathing out through your mouth with a sound.

And with that sound,

Leaving behind all responsibilities and all experiences of the day.

The air is gradually and effortlessly filling your lungs.

And then the breath is effortlessly flowing out.

Leaving your body softer and even more relaxed.

From time to time,

You may notice occasional thoughts passing through your awareness.

Like white clouds floating across the sky.

You may find yourself at ease with this process.

With the thoughts flowing in and out of your awareness.

While your attention is softly focusing on your breath.

There's nothing to fix,

Nothing to change.

And you can just be present in this moment exactly as it is.

Your thoughts will continue to fade more and more into the background.

As you follow our practice and eventually will become fully transparent,

Subtle and barely there,

There's no need to focus on my words.

Whether or not you are able to consciously process what I'm saying,

You will still receive all the benefits of this practice.

Whether you stay awake or fall asleep is not important.

As your subconscious is always listening.

Even when you're asleep,

Your subconscious is receiving the message of this meditation.

That helps it change its programming and expand beyond the limiting beliefs.

To support you in living your life with complete freedom and confidence.

A limiting belief is a deep-seated belief that is trying to keep you safe and protect you from being hurt.

They have our best interests at heart.

However,

Very often those beliefs also hold us back from realizing our true potential and live in our most authentic lives to the fullest.

The roots of the limiting beliefs are in the subconscious mind.

A powerful part of you that directs your life and your behavior,

Influences your decisions and the way you feel in a number of ways.

It's not logical and is powered by your deep-seated beliefs and emotions.

Those internalized beliefs are not set in stone and can be transformed.

You have complete power to reprogram your subconscious and its beliefs,

Which is an effective way to dispel negativity and eliminate everything that used to limit you or hold you back from living your best life.

Your internal beliefs are changeable.

You can transform them,

Mold them anew like molding a piece of soft clay.

You can then solidify the positive new beliefs that make you happier,

Your health more vibrant,

Your relationships more fulfilling and a state of abundance natural.

In this session,

I will guide you through effective practices that help you leave behind everything that used to limit you.

Thanks to neuroplasticity and receptivity of your subconscious,

You are able to bring your mind and your body into perfect alignment,

Into a dialogue,

Removing all conflicting beliefs and replacing them with clear and positive ones.

I know that your subconscious mind is more than capable of this and it's easier than you can imagine.

Notice that in your body there is a slight feeling of contraction.

It's like a muscle tone or muscular tension in certain parts of your body or perhaps in your whole body.

It might be a light contraction or an intense one.

Notice it and feel it.

That's it.

Now,

The sensation of contraction is replaced by a feeling of expansion.

Just like on an in-breath,

The air in your lungs is traveling all the way to the tips of the bronchial branches,

All the way into the tips called alveoli.

Your whole body expands in all directions,

Opening up fully.

With a now breath comes another gentle contraction.

It just shrinks just a little.

You feel the muscles contracting towards the center of your belly.

A feeling of emptiness and a light contraction.

Now,

An inhale and a feeling of effortless expansion.

Your body expanding in all directions,

Opening up.

Exhale and feel the contraction.

Inhale and let yourself expand even more fully.

Now,

Let go of both sensations and let your awareness anchor itself on your breath.

Observing your breath and the wave-like oceanic rhythm of inhalations and exhalations.

With every breath,

Your body is descending deeper and deeper into a pleasantly relaxed,

Effortless state.

Like going down the stairs,

Each step fills your body with a pleasant sensation of softness,

Ease and relaxation.

Internally,

Slowly count down from 10 to 1 as your body and mind descend deeper and deeper into ease and relaxation.

Yes,

That's it,

Your breath is deep and slow and your body is beginning to let go of the day.

Your breath is slowing down and becoming deeper and your body is letting go fully.

And making itself available to your state of deep relaxation.

All muscle tension is changing into relaxation.

Your organs are relaxing and you are feeling a sensation of softness and warmth in your belly.

Your body is completely relaxed,

Peaceful and at ease.

Very good.

The more your body relaxes,

The more relaxed is your mind.

The more your mind relaxes,

The more relaxed is your body.

The more you relax,

The more you let go of any resistance.

Make yourself available to positive changes in your subconscious and in your life.

Allow one of your limiting beliefs to step into your field of awareness.

This is what's holding you back right now.

I wonder what feelings accompany this belief.

I don't know what your limiting belief looks like or feels like.

But maybe you do.

Take a moment to observe those beliefs.

Listen to them and get to know them.

Very good.

See that all they were ever trying to do is to keep you protected.

But now you've outgrown the bubble they've created for you.

And you're ready to step out.

You used to hold on to the limiting beliefs before.

But now you're ready to be free.

And enjoy the fullness of your life without anything holding you back.

Holding on to the beliefs is like squeezing an object in your hand.

Imagine it and feel all the sensations.

Notice how this tightens up the muscles of your hand.

And how it takes effort and energy to hold on to it.

When you're ready,

Take a breath out and release the grip.

Relax your fingers and let the object drop down.

Very good.

Just like this.

The palm of your hand is completely relaxed now.

No energy is needed to hold on to anything.

And you're free to move on with lightness and ease.

And now I'll give you a few moments to bring to mind the experience of squeezing and releasing the object in your hand once again.

Every time you let go,

Notice how it feels.

Now transport yourself into a room.

Look around and see what the room looks like.

How big it is.

Whether it has any windows.

How bright or dark it is.

Notice how you feel inside this room.

While you're here,

You can regulate the temperature,

Move the furniture around and arrange the space.

This room is a safe,

Predictable and controlled environment.

But at the same time,

It is a contained space.

This room is your limiting beliefs.

While you're staying here,

You know what to expect.

But you never feel completely free.

What would happen if you decided to open the door and step outside into an open field?

Maybe you would feel exposed to all the elements.

Perhaps it would take a few moments to get used to the space.

The sun and the breeze on your skin.

To realize that you can't control the weather.

But now you've exited the room and you're free.

You're free to connect with life and explore it in its fullness.

You feel a gentle breeze brushing against your skin.

And,

In that moment,

You're smiling at life with a deep sense of gratitude and appreciation.

You are totally,

Completely free from anything and everything that used to hold you back.

In the beginning,

Leaving behind your limiting beliefs and all internal limitations may feel like you're leaving behind a comfortable,

Familiar place.

Little by little,

As you begin to act in new ways,

These new ways will also become familiar.

And you'll start to see how your point of attraction changes.

You are now attracting fresh new possibilities into your life.

The ones that launch you into more abundance,

Love and vitality.

By walking out of the room,

You are leaving behind all limitations and opening up to life with confidence and joy.

If you used to think that your abilities are limited,

You can now see that you can learn and figure everything out.

That all the answers,

Guidance and support are always available to you.

The whole universe wants you to succeed and live a life of abundance and fulfillment.

The more you move in the direction of unfolding your full potential,

The more everyone benefits from your success.

You can now clearly see and feel how you are more than enough to attract the most compatible partner and create a harmonious relationship together.

You can clearly see and feel that your abundance and prosperity are limitless.

And there is no end to what you are able to magnetize into your life by being in alignment with yourself and your true nature.

Now come back to the open field.

It's a huge open space and you can't even see the end of the field.

Just one field flowing into another,

All the way to the horizon.

You lift your gaze and look at the sky and there is a feeling of recognition.

In many ways,

You are like the sky and the sky is like you.

In this moment,

You and the sky are one,

Free,

Open,

Clear and infinite.

As you gaze into the sky and feel oneness with it,

You are releasing all the things that used to be in your way and in the way of your perception and beginning to see who you really are.

You are making yourself available to life and its infinite possibilities.

You are making yourself available to infinite ways in which your journey can unfold for your expansion and growth.

You are making yourself available to boundless joy and deep self-inquiry.

You are trusting life and making yourself available to the mystery of creation that is guiding you towards your greatest expansion and joy.

As you make yourself available to your greatest expansion and joy,

Your expansion and joy are making themselves available to you.

As our practice is about to come to an end,

Let yourself simply rest and return to your breath awareness for the remaining part of our practice and after you come back to awakened state,

Your subconscious mind will continue to support you on your journey from limiting beliefs towards complete freedom,

Full expansion and boundless joy of creating your life exactly the way you'd like to.

As you return to this practice daily for the next 30 days,

You will begin to see the real-life results of the deep transformation and reprogramming of your subconscious mind.

And now,

As your subconscious is starting to integrate the benefits of this meditation,

You can let yourself gradually come back to your day or if you prefer,

Let yourself slip into a relaxing slumber.
