It was ok for me. But didn’t really help me relax or fall asleep more easily. I listened. I breathed. I tried to relax. But the invitations contained in the yoga nidra (“relax this body part, relax the next one”) felt familiar and easily tune-out-able in my case. Could be just me, but this didn’t do it. Also felt like most sessions were just a repeat of each other, not really 5 distinct methods or approaches.
