This meditation is for you when you catch yourself judging yourself.
Judging yourself for how you feel or judging the thoughts that are swirling in your mind.
You deserve to feel validated.
You are allowed to feel.
Close your eyes if you haven't already and if that feels safe.
Really land in this moment.
Breathe in slow,
Sigh it out.
Start to move out of the over-analyzing,
Over-thinking mind and into your heart and body.
Let yourself feel the peace of just being here.
Letting yourself exist in your entirety.
Without holding back,
Allowing yourself to feel.
Without questioning anything,
Allow yourself to be.
Deepen your breath to support the you that you are right here.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Can you stop fighting against yourself?
Can you listen to the call of your body and entertain the fact that it might be trying to tell you something?
Can you spend even just a moment reminding yourself there is nothing wrong with me?
There is nothing wrong with me.
It is okay to feel what you feel.
It is okay to want something different.
It is okay to desire more.
It is okay to feel what you feel and think what you think.
There is nothing wrong with you.
May you allow imperfection to exist.
May you allow your truth to exist.
May you allow what is real for you to exist.

What part of you needs validation and permission?
Nothing is right or wrong,

Notice what happens to your mind,
Your heart,
Your body when you fully allow.
There is nothing wrong with you.
There is nothing wrong with being human.
There is more to you.
You are made up of many parts.
