This meditation is for you,
If you're struggling with uncertainty,
If you are in or approaching a season of change,
And you're feeling the overwhelm and anxiety,
This meditation is to help you maybe,
Just maybe,
Shift your perspective on uncertainty and heal your relationship to change.
There is no rush here,
Gently make your way into a space that feels restorative and grounding,
Maybe resting your hands on your heart if that feels okay,
Closing the windows of your eyes if that feels okay,
Very,
Very slowly start to deepen your breath,
Slow inhale through your nose,
Open mouth exhale,
Imagine your breath taking you closer to your heart,
Out of your thinking mind,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Shifting gently into your being,
Allowing your overthinking mind to rest,
Embracing the stillness,
This moment where there's nothing for you to figure out,
Even with the uncertainty and doubt and anxiety,
You are free to feel peace right here,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Feel every cell in your body start to slow down,
I know there's probably a part of you that just wants to see it through,
I know the uncertainty can feel so overwhelming and paralyzing,
Did you forget that within uncertainty is limitless possibilities,
Did you forget that change is the only way to take you exactly where you were meant to be,
Breathe as you remember,
Inhale,
Exhale,
In this moment,
In the safety that is your stillness,
Can you feel yourself shift into trust,
Knowing that what is for you will not pass you,
Breathe in those words,
Inhale,
Exhale,
What is for you will not pass you,
How comforting,
What a relief it is to know that you can either have uncertainty and change be a great way or part of the dance,
Part of the magic,
Release your grip here,
Release the tight grasp that you have on wanting to know,
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
The greatest transformation happens after the greatest free fall,
So can you let go and allow everything to unfold as it should,
Soften here as you release your grip,
You surrender,
Slow breath in,
Exhale,
My friend,
Every moment is uncertain,
Every day there are many things that change,
You have and you will withstand uncertainty and change,
You may not know what is ahead but you've lived through what is behind you and here you are,
Still standing,
Chaya John writes,
You are okay,
Dear soul,
Every living thing aches as it changes,
One of the greatest challenges we have with change is the story that too often blooms in us,
The one that says I'm not okay,
The sky is falling,
This fear and pain means something is dreadfully wrong,
Such stories of panic and despair amplify our pain and sense of aloneness and change,
Practice reminding yourself that you are changing and sometimes change feels like this,
Keep your path in mind,
Sing soul songs like this,
I am a living,
Changing thing,
Sometimes I ache,
Sometimes I sing together with every living thing,
What treasure to travel this this miracle road,
This unknown path,
What a gift it is to find new skies to lighten my load,
Some mornings the sun shines on me,
Some days I shine with epiphany,
Dear one,
Every living thing aches as it changes,
Breathe in slowly,
Exhale slower,
The ache or the heaviness in your heart means that you are enduring change,
That you are navigating uncertainty and most importantly you are growing,
Settle in here and feel peace and trust in your heart,
Soothing your soul as you come back to the power of allowing everything to unfold,
Breathe in,
Exhale,
Can you sit here in a new energy of trust even as feelings of uncertainty and anxiety still linger,
Breathe in,
Let it go,
Brianna Weiss writes,
One day you are going to look back on this time and understand the purpose in the timing,
In the delays,
In the choices you have to make,
In the change,
In the uncertainty,
One day you are going to look back on this time and realize that you were far closer to the breakthrough than you knew,
One day you are going to look back on this time and realize that the road did rise to meet you as it always did before and as it always will,
One day you are going to look back on this time and realize you were always right where you were meant to be,
The road did rise to meet you as it always did before and as it always will,
Breathe in,
Exhale,
Feel the comfort,
Feel the warmth of these new perspectives or maybe just you remembering there is peace in the uncertainty,
There is power in change,
Notice the shift within you,
Maybe pressing your hands into your heart and if your heart could speak to remind you something during this season of your life,
What would it say?
Take a slow,
Slow breath in,
Exhale,
May you remember the possibility in uncertainty,
May you know that you are held during change,
You are exactly where you need to be,
You got this my friend,
From my heart to yours.
