Allow yourself to get really comfortable.

Breathing in deeply through your nose,

Exhale let it go.

Breathe in,

Exhale.

Breathe out,

Exhale.

Think about letting everything that's not serving you just float away.

This is your time to rest.

You've done enough today.

Even if you didn't do exactly what you meant to do today,

You are still worthy of rest.

Everything that you need to figure out or feel you need to figure out can wait.

Getting to rest and prioritizing quality sleep is a form of self-care and compassion.

You are worthy of this deep healing.

As you sleep tonight,

You heal the brain and the body.

There's nothing to do.

You can start to float and drift into relaxation.

We'll start at your feet,

The feet that carried you through your day.

Relax.

Relax your ankles.

Feel the heaviness of your calves,

Your knees,

Your entire lower body.

Feel it just drop into whatever's holding you.

Allow the muscles to relax.

Feel your hips and your low back sink deeper.

Feeling gravity pull you down gently.

At the same time,

Notice how it feels like you are floating gently.

Feel the muscles that run along your spine,

Your shoulder blades.

Relax.

Feel your belly and your heart,

Your chest,

Your shoulders soften.

You can let go here.

Focus on the arms.

Allow every muscle in your arms all the way down to your wrists and your hands.

Relax.

Breathe in.

Exhale.

Feel the tension float away,

Loosening your grip on the day.

Feeling the muscles in the back of your neck soften.

Relaxing your jaw.

Feel your ears relax and the weight of your head on your pillow.

Soften the space between your eyebrows.

Every muscle in your face relax.

Slow breath in.

Slow exhale.

Feel every cell in your body soften and slow down.

Feeling really held and safe.

Grounded and supported.

Allow yourself to drift into the soothing music.

Let it hold you.

Breath in.

Exhale.

Relax.

Breath in.

Slow.

Steady.

Calm.

Relax.

Feel yourself gently drift into a slow,

Peaceful sleep.

Feeling so much ease in your nervous system.

Feeling every muscle in your body relax.

I am allowed to let go and rest.

I am allowed to let go and rest.

I am allowed to let go and rest.

I have done enough today.

I can rest now.

I have done enough today.

I can rest now.

I have done enough today.

I can rest now.

Feeling calm and peaceful.

Breathing slowly and deeply.

Breath in.

Breath out.

Breath in.

Let it all go.

Take rest.

From my heart to yours.

Rustige stem, voldoende pauzes, zachte muziek zonder scherpe klanken... Perfect! 🙏❤️
