Hello and welcome to this meditation.
I'm just going to invite you to start by taking some nice gentle breaths into your belly.
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling with your mouth open.
A bit of a sigh,
A bit of a gentle sound on the exhale.
With a letting go on the exhale of any thoughts,
Any feelings,
Anything that you've been working with until now.
With the inhalation into the belly,
Marking a pause in your life,
In your timeline and in these loops,
These mental and emotional loops that we often find ourselves playing out.
Then when you feel ready just close your mouth and breathe in and out of the nose,
Deep into the belly in a way that feels really pleasurable to you,
Allowing your body in a way to show you through exploration of pleasure what breathing is required right now.
Soft,
Gentle,
Deeper with every breath perhaps.
Facing as you're doing so,
The stillness,
The silence within and around you,
The noises,
The sounds that arise within this stillness and this silence.
Sound of a motorbike in the distance,
Sound of your heart beating inside,
Sound of your breath coming in and out of your nose.
Allow yourself to relax with each breath into this space,
Into these sounds,
Into this silence and stillness,
Into this tapestry of life on which sounds come and go,
Feelings come and go,
Sensations,
Thoughts.
Like the breath in and out,
Entering your awareness,
Your consciousness and leaving.
With each breath I invite you to just surrender a bit more,
Relax a bit more and open your heart a bit more to allow all of life in all its forms,
In all its beauty to enter,
To leave like the waves in the ocean.
Allowing yourself to be moved by life,
By the sounds,
The sensations.
Breathing a little bit more,
Feeling your shoulders relax,
Feeling your heart space,
Your torso,
Your chest,
Your belly open a little bit more,
Allowing the energy of life in and out,
Allowing yourself to be moved by life.
Slowly coming home to what you are,
What we are,
This energy of life itself.
Slowly relaxing deeper and deeper and deeper into this ocean of life,
This ocean of energy that we are inside and around us.
Feeling yourself with each breath relax a bit more into this ocean of life.
Sensing it,
Feeling it,
Seeing it perhaps in your mind's eye,
This ocean,
Life itself around you.
Holding your head,
Your shoulders,
Your torso,
Your heart,
Your spine and lower back and pelvis,
All the way down the arms to the hands,
But also your upper legs,
Knees all the way down to your feet and toes,
Surrounded and dancing and held by life.
Really noticing how it is to open once more to this reality.
Noticing the subtle changes in your body,
Your mind,
Your energy as you breathe and surrender and relax into this knowing.
As you relax ever deeper,
Ever more,
Finding within your being inside a cell,
A space of this knowing of life itself.
Maybe you see it or perceive it as a light or as an energy,
Somewhere that calls to you a glimpse perhaps of this deep knowing that you are life itself.
Once you connect to that,
As faint as it may be at the beginning,
As you breathe and relax deeper,
Invite this energy to expand cell by cell,
This knowing that you are life itself,
Expanding,
Expanding,
Gently filling up your torso,
Belly,
Heart space,
Spine,
Filling up the whole upper body to the arms and hands,
Shoulders,
Head,
Filling up the lower body,
Pelvis,
Legs,
Knees,
Feet,
Until eventually it meets the energy of life itself outside.
With more breathing,
More relaxing,
You notice how the life within meets the life without,
Merges with the life without.
As you remember that they are the one and the same and that this is who you are,
What you are.
You are life.
I am life.
I am life.
Speaking or thinking or dropping those words in and allowing them to resonate,
Allowing them to move you,
To bring to you any guidance,
Information,
Healing that you need right now,
Any remembering.
I am life.
Allowing it to move your plexus,
Your power.
You are the power of life itself.
Allowing them the words to move your heart.
You are the compassion,
The profound compassion and beauty of life itself.
Allowing them to move your mind,
Your third eye.
You are the wisdom,
The openness,
The inspiration of life itself.
I am life.
Allowing these words to also drop into your pelvis,
Feeling you are the pleasure,
The sensuality,
The Eros of life itself.
I am life.
Breathing the words in a few more times.
Noticing how it feels,
This energy,
This expansiveness,
This fullness that you are.
Every single cell of your body filled with this life and all the space around you filled with this life.
This is what you are.
So I invite you to remain in this place as long as you wish to.
When the time is right for you to come out you can just wiggle your toes and fingers and give yourself a bit of a stretch,
A bit of movement,
A bit of what your body needs right now.
Taking your time to return with some deep breathing and then going about your day with this remembering and this knowing.
I am life.
