Okay,
So when you're ready just closing your eyes,
Taking a few breaths into your belly,
Letting all of those words and what we've been sensing and receiving beyond the words also,
All of this understanding and clarity that emerges as a result of coming to this place and sharing and opening our hearts.
Just allow all that just to melt,
To sink in,
To move you in whatever way feels good,
Whatever way is right,
Right now.
And begin to notice yourself as this field of presence,
This pure energy.
You might feel this field extending beyond your body,
Maybe like an egg shape.
It could be different.
Just notice how it is for you.
Notice the sensations of your body within this presence.
And breathe and enjoy it.
Notice how it is to just be.
You can even imagine or sense or see your cells gently opening up,
Like a membrane of the cell,
Gently opening to receive this presence deeper.
To bring together these two aspects,
The physical and the energetic.
Just relax and breathe.
Nothing to do but just to open,
To receive.
And just notice or contemplate or sense however it is for you this,
Like an emanation.
When we allow ourselves to really drop in and to be,
There's this emanation that is always here,
Sometimes stronger than other times,
Like an emanation from the core of your being,
Outwardly filling your presence.
But also beyond,
Impacting the world in ways that you may not perceive or see or know.
Sometimes you might be aware of it and you can definitely bring more awareness to it.
Just noticing for now this emanation.
You might notice your body responding as you bring this to your awareness,
Maybe relaxing,
Maybe opening,
Maybe not.
Maybe tensing up.
It doesn't matter.
Just notice.
And just to finish,
To make this perhaps more real for you,
Imagine or see how might your life be different when you choose throughout your day to come home to this presence,
To this beingness in your action,
In your doing,
In your movement.
How might it be different?
Just notice if there's something that comes,
An awareness.
How might you feel differently?
How might you be differently?
How much you also act differently or respond differently to life?
And taking a few final breaths,
Enjoying this emanation,
This presence,
And then coming,
Holding it,
Holding space for it,
You could say.
Taking a few more breaths,
Noticing your feet,
Your legs,
Your hands,
Your arms,
Your belly.
And breathing in a way that helps you to return to our connection,
Holding with you this beautiful presence that you are.
