Transcript
Hello and welcome to this meditation,
I am whole.
I am one.
I am complete.
So the title really says it all.
And of course throughout our days we often don't feel whole,
One and complete.
Many things in our bodies,
In our minds stop us from that deeper experience of a deeper reality.
So this little experience is just an invitation to remember,
An invitation to recognize,
An invitation to perhaps get a sense even if it's just a faint glimpse of something deeper.
Now there's no need to get anything right or wrong in this meditation.
Just follow my words,
Follow my voice,
Keep breathing in and out through your nose unless I say so.
Feeling a breathing pace that feels good to you,
That feels right to you.
Finding a way to meditate that feels good to you.
Meditation really just means connection,
Reconnecting back to your center,
Back to your true self,
Back to what you are which is the essence of life itself.
So just know that there's nothing you can get wrong here.
Find a place that feels nice to you,
A position that feels nice to you,
You can change position through the meditation.
There's no rules,
The only rule is that you stay present as much as possible and that when you notice yourself wandering,
Notice your mind taking you out of the present moment then with as much gentleness and as much joy as you can,
Bring yourself back to my voice,
To your breath and to this experience.
So we're going to start by taking three deep breaths as an opening ritual.
In through your nose and out through your mouth on the exhale and on the exhale really inviting a relaxation of your whole body,
Of your mind,
Of yourself.
So together inhaling deeply through your nose,
Holding at the top for a couple of moments and exhaling through your mouth with a sigh,
With the sounds,
Allowing it all to go.
Again inhaling through your nose,
Expanding your body as you inhale,
Holding at the top for a couple of seconds and exhaling,
Feeling the sensations of the letting go.
Then one more time,
Inhaling through your nose,
Expanding your body,
Your being,
Holding at the top and exhaling through the mouth with a sigh,
With the sounds,
Yeah,
Feeling the sensations of the letting go.
And finding that breathing pace that feels just good to you,
Feels comfortable.
In and out through your nose,
Breathing into your belly,
Allowing your body to follow the rhythm of the breath,
To find pleasure in it with gentleness,
With joy,
With compassion for yourself.
And to start this very simple meditation,
I'm going to invite you to find in your being the part of you that is whole,
That is one,
That is complete.
You may feel it in one single cell of your body.
It may be just a faint glimmer somewhere deep within you,
Inviting you to breathe and to find this part of you.
Allow it to be obvious,
Feel it,
Maybe see it in your mind's eye as a light perhaps,
Perhaps just get a sense of something or a sound.
What we're going to be doing is breathing in and out through the nose and inviting this feeling of wholeness,
Oneness,
Completeness to expand.
Noticing as you do so any thoughts,
Any feelings,
Any memories,
Any images that arise and we're just going to let them go for now.
If at the end you remember them,
Then you can explore them deeper but in the meditation we're just going to let everything go and focus on the experience.
As you're breathing,
Deepening your breath,
Gentle breaths,
Soft breaths,
Inviting this sense of wholeness,
Oneness and completeness at the core of your being to expand.
Maybe you see it as a light,
Maybe you sense it as a warmth,
Maybe it's something else.
Any breathing,
Allowing it to grow until it fills your whole core.
Noticing as you do so any parts that might be resisting and inviting them to the party,
Any parts that you might be rejecting,
Inviting them to this party,
Inviting them into the energy of wholeness,
Oneness and completeness.
Breathing deep breaths and inviting this knowing of wholeness to expand.
Knowing that beyond all the stories,
All the illusions of right,
Wrong,
Good,
Bad,
Enough,
Not enough,
Beyond all these illusions,
All these stories and ways of being and thinking that you are already whole,
One and complete.
Slowly,
Slowly,
Slowly inviting this to expand into your whole being as if the cells were communicating with each other,
As if the DNA was remembering.
Your community of trillions of cells that you are slowly awakening to this truth,
Allowing it in.
Keep breathing,
Keep receiving,
I am whole,
I am one,
I am complete.
Breathing into your belly,
Allowing the sense to expand,
Filling slowly your whole body,
All the way down into your legs,
Pelvis,
Knees,
All the way down into your feet and out through your feet.
And all the way through your belly,
Your heart,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Hands,
Head,
Neck and throat.
Just inviting through your breath,
Through your intention and receiving and noticing this,
Allowing it to happen.
Nothing you need to do but to invite this creative essence,
The essence of life to do whatever it needs to do in your body,
In your mind,
In your soul,
Awakening,
Activating,
Finding this beautiful,
Beautiful knowing which you may perceive as the light,
Expanding it until you are bathing,
Completely bathed in this knowing of wholeness.
Maybe there is a white light surrounding you or notice however it shows up to you,
There is no right or wrong.
Maybe it is a warmth that you feel,
Maybe it is just a tingle,
Maybe it is just a sense of knowing or a sense of calm and peace,
Whatever happens is perfect.
Breathing deeply and softly,
Allowing,
Receiving the sense of I am whole,
This knowing of I am one,
This truth of I am complete,
Allowing it to move feelings,
To move you,
This remembering.
Until your hair and your body open,
Receptive,
Grounded,
One with this physical temple.
Breathing deeply but gently,
I am whole,
I am one,
I am complete.
You can even repeat those words a few times as a mantra,
Dropping them into your cells,
Noticing any response within yourself.
I am whole,
I am one,
I am complete.
Breathing in your wholeness that you are,
That you always have been underneath the surface of the stories and your personality and identity and mask.
Maybe a smile,
Inviting your wholeness with a smile,
Smiling with your cells as they activate,
They awaken,
They spread.
Your DNA activates and awakens this new knowing that you're grounding,
That you're embodying.
I am whole,
I am one,
I am complete.
Really inviting any parts that might be tense,
Might be holding against this knowing to surrender to it with your breath,
With your intention.
Really,
Really bringing this sense of knowing of your wholeness to every single part of you,
To your brain,
All your brain cells,
To your gut,
To your heart,
To your pelvis.
Breathing any tension,
Any holding from your feet to your toes,
To your hair,
To your nose as you're breathing.
Then expanding yourself,
Expanding your knowing of wholeness,
Expanding it to the chair you sat on,
On the couch you're lying on,
Becoming one with it.
Expanding until you recognize your oneness with the room that you're in,
Your connection with the room.
Expanding further,
Recognizing your oneness with the house,
The building that you're in.
Expanding further,
Your wholeness,
Your oneness,
Your completeness to the city,
The neighborhood and the city that you're in.
Noticing your connection with everything,
Everyone and all that is.
Expanding even further,
Encapsulating your region.
Noticing your wholeness and your completeness at one with this physical place.
Expanding it beyond into your whole country,
Noticing your oneness,
The oneness with your country,
With the land.
Beyond to the continent that you're on,
Beyond until you are one with the entire planet,
One with the earth,
One with the core of the earth,
One with the atmosphere,
One with every single being.
Noticing the wholeness,
The oneness,
The completeness of all things,
The essence of life always here,
Always present.
With the manifestations and experiences that have come and go like waves in the ocean,
Which is the essence.
Expanding beyond,
Encapsulating the solar system,
One with the solar system and beyond that one with the galaxies until you're one with the entire cosmos,
The entire universe.
Knowing that you are whole,
You are one,
You are complete.
I am whole,
I am one,
I am complete.
And this is your true completeness,
Your true nature.
Keep breathing gently,
Softly,
Allowing yourself to be moved by this experience.
Going beyond.
Realizing for a few moments what it feels like to be in this place,
To know.
Feeling your connection,
Feeling yourself as life itself,
As the compassion,
The power,
The love,
The beauty,
The bliss of life itself.
As you slowly bring yourself back to your sense of self,
Meaning sitting or standing or lying within this knowing of wholeness.
Invite life to show you what it's like to live from this space.
To show you maybe your vision,
An image or sense of knowing or feeling what it's like to live and move in the world from this place.
Allow your imagination to come online,
Allow images to enter and just allow it to happen.
Allow yourself to be dreamed,
Receiving this vision for yourself,
This vision for others,
This vision for humanity of living,
Being,
Breathing,
Working from this deeper knowing of wholeness,
Oneness and completeness.
Breathing deeply,
Receiving this vision.
And slowly coming to your heart at the center of your chest and finding in it your gratitude,
Your appreciation for this moment,
Your appreciation for all that you are.
For your humanity,
For your divinity,
For your beauty,
For your mind,
For your body,
For your emotions,
For your will,
For your spirit.
Knowing that you are whole,
You are one,
You are complete.
Just finishing with those words internally,
I am whole,
I am one,
I am complete.
Thanking yourselves,
Thanking your body.
And when you're ready,
Gently opening your eyes and moving through your day from this space,
Holding this vision for yourself and for humanity.
To close,
Just take a few more deep breaths in your own time,
Coming back to your body.
When you're ready,
You're going to just start to move the body,
Fingers and toes and expanding that in your own time to a bigger body movement,
A bigger stretch.
You can really bring this new sense into every single part of your being,
Every single cell.
Searching and doing what the body needs to do right now,
To arrive,
To return and to move forward in life as whole and complete and one with the entire universe.

wakeing up, realizing everything is a dream. we are whole. one. we are the universe. thisβ¦ perception. everything around us which we perceive. all a dream. when iβm in a meditation such as yours, sometimes i think i could stay there forever. waking up to this dream, feelsβ¦ i canβt explain it in words. i am so small yet so large. i am everything but nothing. what do i do with this dream? what have i woken up to? i long to have another understand. i see myself in them. i see myself in everyone and in everything. i am a mirror
