Hello,
My name is Eden and I am a therapist,
Reiki teacher,
And meditation guide.
Now whether you've found this meditation through one of my Reiki courses or just through the web of life,
Welcome.
These meditations are intended to deepen your relationship to your intuition and gifts,
And facilitate an understanding of your own internal landscape.
Each meditation is also a tool that can be offered to yourself or a client,
So I invite you to notice what shifts within you before,
During,
After,
Beyond the meditation,
Cataloging the effects with words and feelings and sensations,
Just letting yourself take note.
Allow it to be personal and universal.
Let's begin.
And today we're going to be exploring an intuitive pathway within you.
Know that there is no right or wrong here and this is deeply personal.
Now go ahead and find a long spine wherever you are.
You can be seated,
Standing,
Laying down.
And wherever you are,
Just starting to ground yourself.
Just dropping your weight,
Your attention to the feet.
Getting a little heavier into whatever support system is beneath you.
Almost as like your mind has dropped down,
Down,
Down.
And just letting yourself be there for a few breaths.
Settling in as best you can or just continuing to roll your awareness,
Relaxing your muscles,
Moving that weight down,
Down,
Down.
This is a part of the practice.
Can you be in this way?
And just starting to deeply presence yourself.
By noticing anything that's moving through the body.
Maybe you sense your breath.
Maybe you sense your heartbeat.
Maybe you sense breath in your throat.
Maybe you sense a muscle tensing and releasing.
Your eyes searching still.
Your mouth watering.
Letting yourself be with your aliveness,
This proof of aliveness right here.
Whatever it is.
And noticing that these things just come up in the body regardless of if your mind asks for it or not.
So we release the mind.
There's no need for thought to really be here,
But presence,
Presence is here.
Noticing is here.
Being with whatever is moving through you.
And what we're going to do now is just gently establish a pattern.
And again,
Knowing there is no wrong answer,
No way to be,
Can be very easy to let the mind come back online.
To make excuses,
To write stories.
So we just let the mind relax and go again.
And I'll ask you a simple question.
Your only assignment is to notice what comes up as the answer.
And staying in the body.
So continually dropping yourself into that lower body,
Making yourself heavy,
Rolling your mind down,
Down,
Down.
Being there.
As I ask you this question.
What symbol right now means yes?
Letting a symbol form or appear or unearth in the mind.
And allowing whatever came up first to be perfect,
To be enough,
To be yours.
So good.
And just taking a moment with this symbol that to you says yes,
Even if the mind doesn't understand why.
This symbol,
That's okay.
That's a part of this.
The intuition is built in the body.
So we don't always have to know with our minds.
Breathing into this yes.
Getting to know this symbol as you hold it in your mind's eye.
And then gently letting that symbol and your awareness,
Your attention drift away.
A few deep cleansing breaths here.
Neutralizing the system.
Coming back to the body.
And whatever sensations are moving through it again.
Noticing.
Noticing the proof of your aliveness even as you just sit here and listen.
Being with that in you.
And again a reminder to just roll your awareness down into your lower body.
Letting the body be heavy.
Letting the mind drop down,
Down,
Down.
And I will ask you another question now.
Letting whatever comes up be perfect.
To you,
What symbol means no?
Good.
Letting that symbol appear in one way or another within you.
And letting that thing that appeared be perfect.
Be good because it is because it's yours.
And just taking a moment to get to know this no.
Holding it in your mind's eye,
Observing it,
Maybe noticing any feelings it elicits in your body.
This is your no.
Deep breath in.
Long,
Slow,
Yummy breath out.
And releasing that no,
That attention.
And circling back to the body.
To your aliveness.
It is impossible for our mind to prove aliveness without the physical body.
Be with this physicality for a few more breaths.
And then gently let that focus go too.
And as you have determined your yes and your no symbols as they came to you today,
I invite you to experiment with using these now in your daily living.
As you move forward through your day,
Through your decisions big and small,
Taking a moment to really ground down,
Ground in,
Turn inward.
Ask yourself whatever question is at hand.
And just see which symbol comes to you.
Letting this be a gentle,
Loving experiment with yourself and your intuition.
Knowing that really,
So long as you continue to show up for yourself,
You cannot choose wrong.
So as you are ready to rejoin the day with your yes and your no symbols ready and waiting in your consciousness,
You can gently blink the eyes open.
Welcome back.
