Let's take care of us, of our hands. We choose our favorite essential oil, take almond oil or your favorite and together we massage our hands, meditate and concentrate on the present. Your hands will be grateful to you. I am waiting for you! Thanks to Linda Prebreza on Pexels for the great picture

Let's take a few minutes of our time to relax,

Massage a part of our body that we constantly use,

Our hands.

We take three deep breaths and release with the sigh through the mouth.

Our body gradually begins to relax.

We take off our rings if we wear them and then close our eyes.

Now we begin to massage the left hand starting from the palm,

Wrapping it with the other hand and use the thumb we apply pressure by moving it.

Take your time.

Let's shift our attention to the fingers.

Starting with the thumb on the left hand.

By applying more or less pressure,

We massage it and feel the energy flowing more and more into our hands.

We proceed in the same way with the index and in the meantime we continue to breath deeply through the nose or the mouth.

Now we move to the middle finger.

Massage every single part of it.

Let's continue to relax deeply and then move step by step to your ring finger.

While we massage,

We pay attention to our sensations.

We are using one of our senses and we focus more and more on ourselves.

We arrive to the last finger of the left hand,

The little finger.

Just because it's the smallest of our fingers,

It doesn't mean that it doesn't have to get the same attention as the other fingers.

Now we place our hand on a flat surface or on our legs and we massage the back of the hand using the fingers and the palm of the right hand.

To finish with the right hand,

Gently massage your wrist and continue to breath.

Let's now move to the right hand.

Massage the palm using the thumb of the left hand.

Now let's shift our attention to the fingers,

Starting with the thumb of the right hand.

Again we begin to feel the energy moving around and we find even more a sense of tranquility and peace.

We proceed in the same way with the index.

In the meantime we continue to breath deeply through the nose or the mouth.

Now we move to the middle finger,

Massage every single part of it.

Let's continue to relax deeply and when you're ready,

Move to your ring finger.

While we massage,

We pay attention to our sensations.

We're using one of our senses and we focus more and more on ourselves.

We arrive at the last finger of the right hand,

The little finger.

Unlike its companion on the other hand,

It is smaller than the other fingers but is still important.

As we've done previously,

We place the right hand on a surface or on our legs and we're going to massage the back of the hand using the fingers of the left hand.

We then move to our wrists.

We gently massage it and we can make small and slow rotations.

We finish our meditation and our massage by rubbing our hands together.

We then place our hands in front of our mouth and take three deep breaths,

Exhaling air and energy into the palms of our hands.

Today we have taken care of a very important part of us.

With your hands give yourself a round of applause.

You are great.

Thank you.

Namaste.
