Good morning Today we release and let go Let's find a comfortable position lying down seated start calming our nerves we focus on the present when you feel ready you can gently close your eyes keep breathing at your own pace relax your belly almost feels like your body is floating while you're breathing at your own pace start visualizing a very cozy living room with a beautiful fireplace it keeps you warm keeps you love makes you feel protected the sound of the fire is calming you down even more now you're sitting right in front of it and the side table next to your chair is a drink for you your favorite coffee,
Tea,
A glass of water a glass of wine anything that you like and next to the glass there's a set of post-it and some pens you can pick as many post-it as you want and your favorite pen in each one of the post-it you write a word something that you want to let go something that you don't need anymore in your life it can be something major,
Something very important to you,
Relevant but even like a silly thing an object that you don't need that maybe someone else can use and take advantage of and you start writing all these things,
All these thoughts and then after a while for each of them you pick it in your hand and you wrap it like making a small ball and then like a kid you start throwing these little balls inside the fire and you see them burn and all these thoughts,
Those things are releasing from you from your body and you feel lighter your heart is relieved then you grab the glass and you start drinking your favorite beverage while those pieces of paper are still burning you hear the sound and you see them disappearing from you from your life from your heart your body is completely relaxed while you're sipping your favorite drink and you let things go keep breathing enjoying that time with the fire warming you up sipping something delicious we're going to do three breaths in which we inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth you can even decide to really let it go with a big sigh the release and with the last one you release the visualization now you're back to your room and you're by a familiar environment you can even touch some of the the fabric the material you can smell maybe a scent of a candle a perfume of a product that you use in your apartment or house you hear familiar sounds close and far when you feel that it's the right time you can start opening your eyes slowly getting accustomed to the light you should thank yourself for giving yourself the opportunity to release grant yourself some time for worship and I thank you for meditating with me I'll see you next time thank you,
