Good morning,
This is a brief meditation that you can do while walking in nature or walking around the city,
While you are on the subway,
While you are at home,
In the office,
Whenever you want.
We are going to reconnect with ourselves through our breathing.
If some images or thoughts come to visit you,
Just let them go as they come.
We are going to do three deep breaths together.
Now we are going to take ten deep breaths.
Take your own time,
Your own pace and try to breathe through your nostrils.
We are going to take ten deep breaths.
We are going to take five more breaths.
That's our bonus.
Now,
Place a hand on your belly and a hand over your heart.
We are going to take three breaths together.
You can take them through your nostrils or through your mouth,
Whatever you prefer.
Now,
Place both hands over your heart.
Be grateful for your body.
That allows you every single day to do so many things.
Be grateful for yourself.
Let's take other three breaths together.
