New year, new projects. Let's have some realistic goals, though we still dream for the stars. Let's breathe together, let's focus on our targets and let's visualize them. Looking forward to working with you and start the new year full of positivity, energy and hope.

Here we are,

2023 has begun and like every year we have a series of resolutions and good intentions for the year that opens before us.

What if instead of freaking out and pushing ourselves towards distant goals,

We breathe deeply and really try to understand what we really want in our lives?

Very often our will is not the result of our thinking but rather of what others project or expect from us.

And if then in addition to thinking only about what we really want,

We reflect and make our goals a little more realistic.

Let me give you an example.

Let's say that with the new year I decide to take better care of my body,

For example to join a gym.

The initial intention could perhaps be to attend the gym every day and thus be able to really take advantage of the subscription.

On the other hand,

A slightly more realistic goal could be to go there at least three times a week,

Perhaps on those days when we work less or have fewer chores to take care of.

This way we can put less burden on our shoulders and actually love ourselves even more.

In fact,

We don't force ourselves to do something that at the end would not make us more relaxed and satisfied with ourselves and with our commitment,

But on the contrary,

Would make us more critical of ourselves and probably in the long run push us to abandon the initial project.

Let's take three deep breaths together.

Now let's reflect on three goals that we have for 2023.

We can even think about what we want to do in the first three months of the year.

Where are three things I really want to focus on?

Remember that it is important that they are our wishes and not other people's.

Don't get caught up in guilt,

But let yourself go.

I'll give you a few minutes to reflect.

We will then do a series of breaths and use affirmations to grant the manifestation of our desires.

I'm back.

We begin by placing one hand on our heart and one on our belly.

We do ten continuous breaths with which we calm our body and mind.

We're almost ready to manifest our desires.

Always maintain a continuous and relaxed breathing.

And now you can begin to repeat and follow the affirmation that I'm saying aloud or mentally.

I will ask you to complete some of them thus making them more personal.

Number one.

I breathe deeply.

The universe protects me,

Defends me,

And works hard so that my first goal can slowly come true.

Everything will happen in the due time.

And even if I commit myself,

I won't force events.

Number two.

I'm surrounded by new energy,

By a positive light that recharges me and gives me strength for my project that is.

Number three.

I take a deep breath and focus on this desire of mine.

I'll do my best and I'm willing to get help if needed.

Number four.

I feel satisfied every day and I celebrate even the smallest steps which will guide me to the realization of my project.

Number five.

I breathe deeply and accept even those moments when I do less.

I will grant myself some breaks because they will give me more strength and energy to carry out my project.

Number six.

I don't just think about the final result,

But I enjoy the moment.

Every moment I invest and spend in obtaining my project.

Number seven.

I take a final breath and hug myself tightly,

Offering myself even more courage and strength.

Number eight.

I trust the universe,

My own abilities,

And I appreciate myself.

Number ten.

Choose whatever you want to say.

I'll leave you a few minutes to enjoy this beautiful energy that we have found together.

I'm back to say bye,

But before that let's take three breaths together to celebrate ourselves.

The fact that we have invested time in being better people,

Less critical of ourselves,

And with a heart more full of hope for the present and for the days to come.
