Welcome to this short meditation,
ASMR meditation,
Where you're gonna love yourself,
Find tranquility and peace,
Relax more and more.
Let your hands touch each other,
Caress each other,
Massage each other.
Let your hands,
Your fingers,
Touch your eyes,
Caress your face,
Your neck,
Your shoulders.
Touch your head,
Your hair,
Smell the scent around you,
The smell of your hands,
Not the moisturizer,
Hand cream that you used.
The food that you cooked for yourself and your family and the loved ones.
With your fingers and your hands,
Tickle yourself like people and family,
Friends used to do to you when you were a kid.
Your parents,
They will tickle you before putting you to bed,
Wishing you a good night.
If you have a drink,
You can smell your drink,
You can taste it.
Let your hands massage your neck,
Caress you,
Love you,
Make you feel special.
Let yourself go,
Let your hands go now,
Let them stay still while you're moving your neck to some gentle movements like it's carried by the wind and keep breathing.
Let's breathe three times together at your own pace.
And one more,
Listen to the sounds around you,
The closed ones and the farther ones.
And when you feel like,
Gently open your eyes.
