Sometimes life can be challenging and we believe that we are not doing enough, we are not enough, that there is something in us which does not work properly. Today, we will do some tapping to find more balance, peace and accept where we are in our journey, the changes that will come day by day. We will be tapping these different parts of the body: KCP: karate chop point Eyebrow Side of the eye Under eye Under nose Collarbone Under arm Top of the head P.S. The number of tapping is up to you and feel free to repeat the sequence for as many times as you need.
