This meditation is designed to release shame,
Sadness,
Anger or guilt find a very comfortable place,
Sit or lie down and follow the sound of my voice close your eyes and relax slow down and deepen your breathing breathe in,
Breathe in,
Breathe out as much as possible keep a steady rhythm of relaxed deep breaths let's keep breathing and with each breath we relax a little more focus your attention to your breath as you exhale any physical,
Mental and emotional tension gets released with it remember that meditation is mindfulness so all that matters is this moment this is your moment,
You're now,
Right now you're breathing out tension and you're relaxing deeper and deeper as you breathe in calm and relaxation showers your head and as you exhale all the tightness from your head and neck disappears the tension is now released from your shoulders and arms you feel them relax step by step the calm moves down your spine embracing your back,
Your stomach and hips the release is now removing tightness from your thighs and calves even your feet and toes are relaxed now feel it,
Feel this ultimate peace you feel as light as a feather your body feels free,
You are free now you become more aware of the space around you your senses are higher and higher,
Your energy is more vibrant deeper and deeper calm overcomes you,
You are relaxed,
You are at peace the next breath in fills your heart your heart radiates with loving energy your entire being emanates this love the breath you breathe is now love deeper and deeper love shines from you you are love memories come to you,
You see them,
You feel them it is ok to feel these emotions let yourself cry,
Sob,
Go ahead,
Release these emotions in this calm and safe place if you need,
Say what you feel,
Express your sorrow,
Say you're sorry say you would do it differently if you could,
Acknowledge the mistake the true you understands you the true you knows there's nothing more you can do about it now you have suffered enough,
You are a good person forgive yourself,
You are a good person,
Even if those memories say that you're not a good one you're worthy of love,
You're worthy of giving and receiving love these memories and emotions may come back to you,
And that's ok just stay calm,
Feel them and let them move on do not bury them anymore,
Let them rise up,
Feel them and let them keep rising out of your body and float off and stay away from you stay calm,
Keep breathing,
Stay calm,
Release them if you hear a voice in your head telling you negative things,
Face that voice by speaking directly back to it ok,
I hear you,
Now what?
Remember that what have it says,
Or responds with,
You're hearing it,
Doesn't mean you're agreeing or that it's going to do anything to you,
You're staying calm,
Loving yourself you allowing the voice to speak is just facing it and let it go you already know you are a good person and that you could do no more do not argue with that voice,
Allow your emotion to release,
Stay calm if it speaks again,
Respond calmly and lovingly back to it I understand,
Now what?
Remember that no matter what it says,
If you're not agreeing,
You're letting it go the more you just allow it's words to come out,
The more you just let them move right past you you are no longer an ant catching all the birds,
You are love and all that the fearful thought throws at you,
Just moves through you and beyond,
Now cause you know now how to let it go you realize that voice,
That negativity,
Those fearful thoughts no longer have any power you understand,
You forgive,
You are now your memory you don't like what happened,
But you know what happened,
You are here now and you are worthy of now you look forward to tomorrow I'm becoming quiet now for a few moments so you can cleanse yourself of these fearful thoughts stay relaxed and aware of this bliss and love around you if your mind wanders,
Just refocus on the loving breath of yours you it's time to come back now focus on how your hands feel on your legs and now shift your attention to how your feet feel against the floor if you are lying down,
Just start feeling your body again,
Maybe wiggle your toes and fingers you can even decide to stretch your arms take a few deep breaths and when you are ready,
Open your eyes knowing that now you have the power of dealing and facing those fearful thoughts of yours that negativity,
That voice can't arm you any longer thank you so much for taking this time and spending time with me during this meditation be fierce,
