Universal Blessing

In meditation, you too can experience the blessings that the Priests offered the Israelites in the Bible: "the Eternal bless you and keep you; the Eternal light up the divine face for you in grace; the Eternal lift up the divine face to you and bestow peace unto you."

Settle in, Slow down, And come into stillness. Feel the effect of gravity on your mass. Notice the volume of your body in the space in which you are. Draw your breath in deeply, Letting it out slowly, In deeply, Out slowly, Even deeper, And a bit slower. Settling into the quiet, Becoming embraced by this stillness, Letting your guard down, Enjoying just this moment. See if you can use your breath and your attention to relax in one spot. The universe blesses you and protects you. Breathe that in. The universe shines upon you with grace. Breathe that in. The universe looks towards you expectantly and gives you wholeness, And you can be at peace. Take three more breaths and return.
