Take a relaxed and dignified posture and close your eyes if that feels right.
Scan your body from the top of your head to the tip of your toes,
Noticing the sensations that rise and fall.
Breathing deeply.
Feel your body in contact with itself,
Your chair or the ground,
To welcome the sacred element of Earth.
Feel yourself grounded,
Embraced,
Held.
Honour the foundation of life here on planet Earth.
The physical manifestation and playground of all what you see,
Touch,
Taste,
Hear.
Honour existence.
Your existence.
Imagine yourself lying on a rock,
Feeling your hands in the soil,
Tasting your favourite fruit.
Savour Earth's vitality and diversity.
And your own.
Relish its wisdom and strength.
And your own.
Sacred Earth.
Reminding us how fertile and creative we are.
How we nurture life's garden and rich bounty.
And how it invites us into darkness and quietness.
Calls us to compost,
Grow and flourish.
And manifest the futures we want.
Be grounded by the Earth.
Give it your immense gratitude.
