This visualization helps you access your future self. A contemplation which reveals aspirations for our evolved future self and acknowledges that which is in us already.

It's a beautiful way to start the year, the day, or the moment.

Hello, I'm Penelope Maver, Founder of EarthConverse, Helping you best serve people and planet. And this is part of the EarthConverse invitation to you, To commit to a daily conscious practice of visualizing the futures you want to serve, A chance to exercise your potential and responsibility of co-creating the future you want for yourself, Each other and the Earth that is our home. In creating these guided EarthConverse visualizations, I hope they stir your own visions, Dreams, Longings and truth, Work with them in a way which feels right for you. This visualization is to help you access your future self. So let's take some moments to enjoy visualizing your future self. I invite you to get comfortable, Taking a dignified and relaxed posture. Close your eyes if that feels right. Maybe take a few long, Deep breaths. Invigorating on the in-breath, Relaxing on the out-breath. As you settle into your natural breath, Honor the sacred elements of which you came, Are and will be. Felt here in the air you breathe, The water you can feel in your mouth, The Earth body you are in, The fire passion in your heart. All there, All sacred. Take this moment to honor your life. Offer your gratitude to your life and life itself. And come into imagining yourself forward in time, Meeting your future self. Maybe one year into the future, Five, Ten, Twenty years, It's up to you. Engage with this beautiful encounter of your future self on this Earth. An older, Wiser self on a healthy planet. Sense into your surrounds. Where are you? What smells? Sounds? Visuals? Tastes? Feelings are evoked. Sense into your relationship with yourself, Others and the Earth that is our home. Who are you Earth? Sense into your being. How are you? Sense into your contribution. What are you doing? What transformation have you stepped into? How would you describe yourself now? What are you free from? And what are you more connected with? How do you hold yourself? What is the feeling of your presence? Your heart quality? Your gaze? Your essence? Your truth? Your sense of aliveness? Feel into your sense of intimacy and expansiveness. Feel into being part of this mysterious, Magical universe. And feel into your soul and how your future self looks at you. What might you let your future self know about what's going on in your current life? What guidance do you seek from your future self? What does your future self want you to know that will serve you right here, Right here now, In this moment? Let it whisper it to you. Bathe in the feeling of the vision and wisdom of your future in your body. Your future self filling you up in every cell in your heart, Body and mind. Luxuriate in the light and warmth of this knowing. The seed is always within you. Always accessible. At any time through your awakened self. Holding this in your heart, Gently open your eyes and carry it with you.
