Hello,

I am Penelope Mavor,

Founder of EarthConverse,

Helping you best serve people and planet.

Until it was done it was believed by many to be impossible.

These future visualisations are a practice of an open heart and open mind.

A practice of suspending disbelief for a moment.

They are a practice of observing our thoughts with awareness and compassion.

And a knowing that we can focus our energy and thoughts in the direction we want.

And they are a practice in feeling into the future that is already here.

It is in the field already.

The caterpillar holds the imago of the butterfly.

The acorn longs to be an oak.

I invite you to get comfortable taking a dignified and relaxed posture and close your eyes if that feels right.

Maybe take a few long deep breaths.

Invigorating on the in breath,

Relaxing on the out breath.

Coming to your natural breath,

Visualise a leaf falling in a spiral to the earth,

Inviting you to drop anything that weighs you down,

All density,

All limitations.

We will start by inviting in four sacred elements and four feminine archetypes.

Feel the temperature of your body and honour the sacred fire element,

How it shows us how to cleanse old and stuck energies and create more space.

Honour the Shimana,

The power of the wild woman.

Feel the saliva in your mouth and honour the sacred water element which helps us to remember our needs,

To be receptive and to let ourselves flow.

Honour the wise woman within in the silence of the crone.

Breathe deeply and honour the sacred element of air which allows us to acknowledge our needs with clarity and to live more lightly.

Honour the maiden within,

The vitality of the renewed woman.

Feel your own physical body in contact with itself and the ground and honour the sacred element of earth whose essential quality lies in the art of nurturing and supporting at all levels.

Honour the mother within,

The generosity of the abundant woman.

Visualise the medicine woman within you,

Fully awaken in your powers,

In service of yourself,

Each other and the earth that is our home.

She that is intimately connected to nature and the elements.

Knowing nature is her teacher and her source of nourishment,

She speaks the language of the earth.

She trusts in the medicine and the healing messages of the animals and the elements to guide her and honours the sacred cycles of sun and moon.

Feel into her.

She who heals her past and her present.

She knows herself deeply.

She is aware of the patterns and belief of her lineage and culture and has transcended them.

She transforms her shadows and pain,

Goes deep into the underworld and emerges with treasures.

Feel into her.

She who transforms her experiences into wisdom.

She knows how to support herself through all movements in the dance of life.

She has no wish to blame herself or others.

She is responsible for her own life.

She sees every experience as an opportunity to grow,

To love and to be present.

She embraces her own reality and creates her own freedom.

She embodies an inner maturity.

Feel into her.

She who listens to the voice of her soul and sees things in their full depth.

She lives from inside to out,

Always open to wonder and amazement.

She remembers where she came from and why.

She has surrendered herself to her life's sacred mission to become her own medicine.

Feel into her.

She who honors her womb.

She acknowledges her womb as the source of her power to create and manifest.

In all stages of life she is attentive to the messages from her womb.

She honors her maternal line and the healing power of her menstrual blood.

She welcomes her sacred sexual energy and all its power.

Feel into her.

She who knows her cycles and how to live from her center.

She enjoys the fruits of observing her cycles and flows with the changes in physical and emotional states.

She experiences the intensities of her cyclicity with perspective and returns again and again to her center.

She loves and accepts all facets of herself as they are.

Feel into her.

She who is sensitive,

Attentive and open to the subtle realms.

She sees beyond the material,

Allowing the universe to reveal its secrets and guide her.

She is receptive and instinctive.

She loves the sensuality and the beauty of life.

She nurtures her connection to the wild.

Feel into her.

She who wisely navigates between worlds and maintains her identity.

She moves fluidly between the visible and the invisible.

Creation and destruction.

The conscious and unconscious.

The active and passive.

The material and spiritual.

The masculine and the feminine.

Feel into her.

She who has strong links to her circle of women.

She cultivates spaces of deep connection between women.

She is a sister in solidarity.

She builds healthy bonds between women.

She transcends comparisons or competition.

Feel into her.

She who honors the sacred masculine.

She has freed herself of the burden of hurt and resentment towards men.

She understands the value of masculine qualities and relates to men from her own center and integrity.

Feel into her.

She who looks at life through eyes of love and gratitude and chooses the light.

She doesn't dwell in negativity,

Use black magic or feed drama and conflict.

She is peaceful in all her relations.

She is compassionate.

She exudes kindness.

Feel into her.

She who knows that her own power resides in prayer.

She doesn't depend on her individual physical strength.

She is humble and aware that it is the divine that sustains us.

Simple and sincere rituals are an integral part of her life.

Feel into her.

She who is generous in sharing her wisdom to awaken consciousness.

She shares her knowledge in all that has helped her on her way.

She walks with women and men on the path to discovering their own potential and to becoming their own medicine.

She offers direction through her presence and through the practice of rituals.

She touches the souls of being.

Feel into her.

Feel into these qualities that are already within you,

Ready to come into full blossom.

Breathe into your feminine powers.

Breathe into them with every cell of your body.

Coming back to your senses,

Open your eyes and be the medicine woman within in service of yourself,
